Korean Bar Reports

Was HillTop the only bar raided last night? I wonder if Kools got raided too? I know there is action to be had there as Candy 1, Candy 2, and Michelle are all willing to sit in the back booth ($) and room service ($$ to $$$). What happened to the dollar ($) days that was offered at the old Kools? Inflation? With the rough economic times, Mama Mia should offer specials and she will see business boom like the old days! I wonder if Kyong was one of the 2 girls arrested? I might know who the other one could be, but forget her name. Wow! Nami just takes over the bar and something like this happens to her! Watch out and keep your pants on!

Sorry to you Htop mongers. Maybe we should be more careful with names and such so our ATF providers stay safe. The ladies should be more careful as well. I found out from a pretty reliable source that Kyong, (Nami, the owner), and another girl got busted last night. He did not know who the other girl was. Good thing I decided to stay at Vegas instead of venturing further down the street. Would not want to be caught with my pants down when the boys in blue pays a visit.

They just check your ID run it for any warrants and then let you go. They are more after the girls and management than anything else IMO. If they do catch you with your pants down just play dumb. You did NOT know that the girl worked at the establishment. You just met her and did NOT pay for any services, just alcohol. Any acts being performed were between 2 consenting adults and NOT associated with any monitary transactions.

That would be my advice.

Just found out I'll be visiting Maui in a couple of weeks (business and play). Will be staying in Kihei and will have 1 or 2 chances to go to Waikulu at night. I read the outer island threads, but it doesn't seem like much is going on there. Posting here so see if anyone from HNL goes to Maui often. Want to get a perspective from a HNL guy visiting a Maui bar, not from a Maui regular where the girls already know your face. Any info is welcomed. Leaving on the ferry on a Thursday and returning Monday. How are the weekends there? Do the bars have rooms like HNL?

That would be my advice.[/QUOTE]My very reliable source told me that the cops gave patrons the option to leave immediately, or if they wanted to stay, to produce identification and be included in the investigation (as witnesses, i guess). He said he was among the first to head to the door, before the cops changed their mind about letting him go without having to show ID. :D

It's been years since I checked out the KBs in Wailuku. Just be careful not to step on any of the regular customers toes. I think Honolulu guys that frequent the KBs are used to easily spending more money and could cause some friction if you took a girl away from a regular customer (or BF). I also found that going with a group of friends seemed to get the girls to come around versus when being solo. The selection varied then but there were a couple of nice ones. I did not get the feeling that play was available in the bar.

Did meet one pretty hot looking K-girl in a Wailuku KB. My buddies didn't want to spend a lot and pushed her on me. She later surprised me by flying over to visit and stay with me for a weekend. The funny thing is she did not look as hot as she did when in the bar. Of course we screwed every night but I think she was trying to hook me too. I made sure I used condoms as she didn't even care (I didn't want to deal with a pregnant bar-girl I barely knew). Calls me up in a few months for help and tells me she married some Maui dude who was divorcing her. I think she ended up going back to Korea because she did not have a green card.

Sundays are real dead, you have to ask the mama's to call the girls to come in to work. I think Donna's has a room but I never saw it used.

Also beware. There are some girls from hnl working in maui bars. They moved to make some money and get away from all he crap in hnl.

With a solo guy (unless the guy wants) only one girl will hit on the guy at a time so can't make as much as with a group.

Play is possible with the right girl, just remember, YMMV and it also depends on how much you spend. You probably can't get much action unless you drop a few hundred IMHO. A few of the mama's know me so the girl can let their guard down and I can get some play. I've had some experiences a few years ago where I stayed until it got too slow, then took the girl to her home and she invited me in for some action (I took a condom, always protect yourself if you don't know the girl). I usually pick the new girls since they would be more prone to not rip off the guy and also to get some action with.

I'm originally from maui and go back every so often and try to visit the bars when I have time.

Checked out Hilltop to see if Kyong was in. Got there a little after 7,place was packed. Wasn't expecting it to be so crowded after the bust. As luck would have it Kyong was indeed working! Went to the back booth and got BBBJ and HJ. Wanted to go to the room,but figured she wouldn't want to;on account of the bust. Figured I'd ask anyway,she said she was willing to go;but I already spent my money. Oh well,maybe next time.

Long time lurker on Maui here. Not much play on Maui, and IMO probably more likely happen with a girl you've known for awhile and have built a relationship with. But of course YMMV. I count 11 KB's in Wailuku. And of those five or so have rooms. But I've rarely seen the rooms in use. A couple times I saw some sort of party in a room and a couple other times there was apparently some play going on. I've also noticed most if not all the KB's on Maui list champagne on their menu for $200-300.- but I've never actually seen anyone buy it. But then I don't go to the bars very much. Other folks may have better info.

IMHO, the best looking girls are at 7 Pools, and there is usually a decent crowd there on Friday nights

BTW, over the Labor Day weekend, I took the Superferry from Maui to Oahu, had time to check out some of the bars, Camelot and Femme Nu were busy, other places, such as Evergreen and Romantei, less so

Thanks Labrat33, Member 69 and Idusixtyning. I'll watch my step. Kind of exciting, 1st time on Maui. I'll report when I get back. Got to get rid of the boss though. Might make me braver since the girls won't see me again. Hopefully they won't move over to HNL.

This has nothing to do with Korean bars, but it might be helpful. One of my favorite Honolulu streetwalkers, Lexi, is currently advertising on craigslist that she's now located in Kahului, Maui. Dropped by Cheer's Station on Saturday Night after the game to see what all the fuss was about. It was crowded, most of the girls were on the olderside (late 30s, early 40s). Not my type (I like them younger) so I had a beer and left. There have been reports of many ROB's at this bar but I can not confirm this as the girls were not to my liking.

I believed that in his case, she was just being a good "Account Executive". Building and maintaining her client base. I know it kept him going back, feeding her. 2 drinks and getting no action (He was not a Big Customer).

Most times when we go they look the same as when the wake up. Their hair tied up, put on a baseball cap, sweat pants, baggy t shirt, sunglasses with no makeup. So I would not guarantee that is her bf, could also be a friend. But with customers they would almost always dress to impress.

Question: I have been going out with a bar girl for awhile. I have met her family and have taken her and her mom shopping for groceries and other stuff. It's a hard relationship to be in knowing she has customers and talks to them sometimes when we are together. Is it possible for a bar girl to be in a relationship and commit to a relationship? Have to do the bar thing and visit her sometimes at the bar. Have to wait for her to finish up spending time with her customer sometimes and take her home after. Sometimes it is confusing as to where I stand in our relationship. Just curious. Anyone have any advice?

If they like you then there will be the possibility of a girlfriend relationship. They do care about money but sometimes when they fall in love or fall for you, then it becomes a whole different ballgame. Some even spend their life savings on you. Guys, just appreciate the women for who they are. This is their work, they are out to make money, but if they find a nice guy, not a monger, not a one night stand type, doesn't even have to be a spender, they just gotta like or love you. This is somewhere around 50% of the bargirls, the other 40% are out for money only, the 10% is rare but you can get a nsa or one night stand. I know I am going to get shit for this, but wtf.
