Some good points. However, for the most part the legitimate ones usually do give a single, real location, even if it's general, such as "King of Prussia. " That's safe enough.

I think Backpage does require some sort of location in addition to what might be added. So, we might see "Center City" followed by something more accurate. So many ads for providers in King of Prussia have bogus pics and no reviews findable. The pics come from all over Europe and Russia. These seem to be providers with appointment makers who work for a lot of them at once. They won't text back, and they don't care if you send them a link to the real photos. Maybe it's our fault. There are some local providers who seem real enough, using photos that look real, and using locations that don't look silly, but there are zero reviews about them here or anywhere else.
