I saw this news report from the 15th of Sept about a Dayton guy that was found guilty in a 2016 teen sex trafficking case. The news report does go into some detail on how he lured the teen girls to engage in sex acts for money using backpage:

Not as bad as Harem but close. According to dancers a lot of stuff like harem and nyny goes on. Dancers stealing clients of other dancers with BJs. Girls under 21 drinking. Girls on H. Girls buying coke from the guy that sits one table away from owners front VIP. Doing lines in the locker room. Talk to a few dancers long enough and they'll tell you all kinds of crazy shit and point people out. Mind you tho this is second hand heresay sourced from several drunk or high or pissed off or big mouth strippers.

All of this is happening yet there is still a drug epidemic going on in the area but they want to go after a strip club. In Akron, the cops know what's going on in the strip clubs and ignore it as long as there isn't any drug activity. They have bigger priorities than being a moral authority.
