I live in Fairfax. I was in the backyard yesterday performing some chores and happened to enter into a conversation with my next door neighbor who I found out was with the FCPD. We got on the subject of busts and prostitution whereupon he mentioned that he was part of a team conducting surveillance on some vice activities in the immediate area.
