OEM vs modified equipment
At the risk of churning the board I'll weigh in on the Thai boy controversy. I've had three pay-for-play experiences where I left with a strong suspicion that I hadn't been dealing with "original equipment". The first one was an AA provider working out of Midtown NYC. That was a few years back. The other two were very recent with Thai Indy's working in Tysons.
Both of the Thai Indy's were very conventionally attractive although you got a hint of the masculine in their face. They were a taller (for a Thai girl) and slimmer than the others. I found them to be very sexy but ultimately the sex itself was a bit disappointing. That had more to do with what they can do than with me getting freaked out about fucking a guy.
The tell tale for me is how she handles DATY. Does she get fidgety and cut it short even when you are being really gentle? Does she never get wet from DATY? (Or did she excuse herself to the bathroom so she could apply a ton of lube up there before you even get going?.
Two other ways to tell, generally but not always true so again, take with a pinch of salt.
(1) Adam's Apple: Men have that in their throat, Google images if you do not know what they should look like.
(2) Men's second (index) finger is generally shorter than the fourth (ring) finger, IE. Lower 2 D:4 D ratio indicate higher androgen exposure.
Anyone familiar with this outfit?

They switch out nice asian or thai pics every few weeks but with no names and the ad text remains unchanged. No reviews. Looks like bait and switch.
No Pain No Gain Candy on vacation
No firm return date, but gone for at least a month, probably more. Any ads on Bedpage or RubRankings will run until they expire, but she's already stopped taking appointments and left the area.
IMO, she was pretty burned out after a number of negative client encounters. Hopefully some time away will help refresh things.
Vandara: A transactional approach.
Having seen Vandara for a number of years (though not recently), here are some thoughts, gleaned from personal experience, for getting the most value from a session with her:
1. There is only one reason to see Vandara, the quality of her massage.
2. She is a massage-centric therapist. HJ is offered, sometimes the girls come out, but she will charge what she can get away with for those extras.
3. She will never "warm up" to a client, full stop. The menu won't expand with repeat visits, and there is no elevated or special status to be achieved. If no one has coined the phrase "Golden Client Syndrome," you read it here first! GCS ain't happening with this masseuse, fuhgeddaboudit!
4. Keeping the above points and limits firmly in mind, Vandara generally responds well to a transactional approach (suggestions below).
Suggestions:
- IMO, the best Vandara value proposition is a 90 min massage + HJ (no topless or girls exposed). Why? Because she periodically advertises discounts for 90 min sessions and, even when not listed in her ad, she will often offer a discount (for 90 minutes, not 60) if asked, esp if business is slow. If topless is a must for you, I would respectfully submit that you should reconsider seeing Vandara. Anything more than standard HE opens the door to inflated expectations (on both sides) and will likely reduce the perceived value for the $ paid.
- The best transactional approach requires that you want the HE less than she wants your money. I remind her that there are several Thai masseuses with whom a standard clothed HJ is included in their base price (tip appreciated but not required). For an excellent 90 min massage (no time shorting) + HJ my standard offer is a $40 tip. If she balks at that, I can either say "OK, massage only" or just cancel the session. Since she's already allocated that time for me, and since a HE basically costs her nothing, the transactional leverage is in my favor.
- I've also found it helpful to incentivize her by saying that I'm happy to tip extra for an extra nice session. I don't set any expectations and I don't commit to a tip amount. It's entirely open-ended and up to her. If catching her on a good day, the extra nice session might consist of girls out and / or a nice extended finish. On the other side of that coin, I don't hesitate to leave LESS tip if the session isn't the full 90 minutes or if the HJ isn't up to snuff. When that happens, I clearly explain why, offer the observation that she's not in her best form, and that I hope next time will be better.
- FWIW, whether I've tipped more or less has had zero effect on future appointments. IME, Vandara approaches each session as a new transaction, with little or no carryover from prior visits. Of course, that assumes nothing extreme happened on a previous visit. But my main point is that, in general, the transactional approach works pretty much the same every time.
Just my two-cents' worth, hope it's helpful for some.
