Ideally, you find someone who is open to short-term and even last minute bookings. The first time you have to just try it and see if the host is open to texting. If it goes well, you can broach booking directly with him instead of the site and see if he's open to shorter term / more flexible arrangements. Generally, look for single male hosts. I found one immediately in Dallas that served me well but had a tougher time in Phoenix and Florida though did find some eventually.

Other tips:

Check availability and places with fewer reviewers. If there are few reservations, they may not be that serious about hosting and would welcome the extra cheddar.

Don't talk about bringing different women to the place. You could be reported by a puritan, pearl-clutching do gooder. If you have to give a reason, share you are seeing someone and need a quiet, conveniently located place and since she sometimes works odd hours, hotels are challenging with 3 pm /11 am check-in / out.

Double-check 'entire place to self' options. Sometimes they are backyard cottages / mother-in-law houses or attached units. May still be fine but once the hosts were kind of nosey / lonely and tried to introduce themselves to each person I was bringing over. Awkward.

Hipcamp can work in warmer times but again, be careful. You have to use your real name to book (upload I'd, credit card). It's pretty much renting a space in someone's backyard or farm for $20-40/ night so if you have 'glamping' equipment, it can work. Avoid if you or your partner are loud. Also check on water, electricity, bathroom, shower options. I use ones where I / we can use an indoor bathroom or shower as needed.

It's been a while, but I'm back in the sugar market.

Over the past few months, I've been working both SA and Secret Benefits in search of a new long-term SB but have thus far come up empty. Any solid leads out there? I'm open to anyone meeting the following criteria.

Some of the ones he's posted, I've done the same, I've blocked them because their profiles were either BS or a scam.

I likely misused the term -- I meant more like "I'd'd" in that I determined their real name, social media presence, etc. I wouldn't out anyone publicly. Thank you for the correction on that.

My main goal in I'd'ing women is to determine how safe of a fuck they are -- my two main concerns being STD status and birth control. I probably mentioned this before but on the whole, this an area where college students and college-educated women have an edge over the some / no college crowd IMO. Women pursuing a four-year degree generally have a good reason not to get pregnant, and those who made it through college are more likely to be smart and disciplined enough to use birth control. They're also at objectively lower risk for harboring STDs. (Of course there are plenty of exceptions but without a referral, I like to play the numbers.) If I can validate education and employment status outside the site, I feel much better about going bareback with them when we meet.

The general quality of SBs has declined alot over the past 5 years or so. Back in 2015 there were alot of decent middle class girls on there, some upper middle class depending on your area.

Agreed. As late as the fall of '19, I had an 8.5, a 9 and a 10 in regular rotation. The past year has been particularly challenging in my experience. But I had a hot streak on Seeking from November 2021 to Feb 2022 where I met in person five babies and they all wanted long-term arrangements with me. Their PPM allowance request ranged from "its up to me" to as high as 600, averaging 400. I decided to stop meeting with two of the babies because I look for a certain vibe along with the sex.
