Good info to watch out for the diseased chicks and LE, but please don't forget there are some of us who drive red trucks that aren't LE.
The other day when I went out, I had decided to be more discriminating, but then I got horny so I took what I could find. Oh Well.

New to this forum but a long time player as it were in the area. Never have seen it so dead on the sw scene. I've been out there 17 years and I guess LE has finally figured it out.
I do have some news to pass along to newer folks. It's the election that gets LE excited. The primary is in September I think. More LE recently brought on board and the fine is stiff.
I live next to LE and he has an idea about my interests. Lots of "events" this summer to show the PP folks how good they are.
PP: Danger zone. Look for Shannon. Excellent and is a real 9.
W/W: Neighbors have radios and relay to LE about us. Think side streets. Tall glass of water...Leah. Ex-dancer and very sweet. Call it an 8.
Brooklyn: Ok in the very early AM like after 3. Side streets up by Ritchie-Patapsco.
Curtis Bay: Weak on talent but neighbors not well organized to complain. Fairlawn may work after bars close.
Dundalk: Worth a new look. Dunmanway and the Avenue have some action as the economy continues in the toilet and social services cuts back. Dawn is ok--a 6.
Eastern/Highlandtown: Try after 9. You never know as long as you stay in the commercial area.
Baltimore St. by the cemetary. LE stepping up as the dealers are getting busy. Still worth a look. Check out the 4'11" waif. Dirty blond hair. Looks like a 5, acts like a 9.

Got the time to visit my favorite city Wednesday. Regular business done earlier than I thought so visited PP area around 10:30 AM. Not much out and about (a couple of skags) so went over to Conklin/Highland area. Saw strawberry redhead and blonde floating around several corners. Couldn’t catch up to them. Several other wsw near corner of Highland and Baltimore but not up to Mr. Johnson's standards. Back to PP, several new sw's with one looking real nice, Blonde, young, thin and cute. By the time I pulled around she was in another car. Went over to W and W loop. It’s a little past noon. There’s a couple on Wilkens and 4 on Washington. Nothing special on the first round but saw a previous acquaintance walking at a fast clip. I turn car around and speed after her. Just as I am catching her she pops into a minivan. Did the Patapsco all the way to Brooklyn. I saw no sw on Patapsco and there were 6 wsw in Brooklyn with one nicer looking one walking. Again, by the time I turned around she was gone.The rest of them weren’t worth the time. Went back to W and W. I started seeing some nicer looking ones on Wilkens west of Monroe. I have never had much luck in this area before but they were popping out like mushrooms in a warm rainy day in May yesterday afternoon. Three times I went to pull over to pick one up (after making the tradition drive by to check them out) and they were getting into a car. (Note to myself: next time if I see so many mongers taking all the good ones I am taking car license numbers…LOL). Finally saw three wsw standing on a corner of Wilkens west of Monroe figuring one of them must be ok. I pointed to the brunette. Tina got in, did LE thing, my hand up her shirt to feel the b cups. There were three marked LE cars circleing around and one walking along Conklin/Balt st. Seemed everytime I turned a corner I ran into another LE car, so decieded to leave.
Went over to W/W and at corner of Washington and Carey picked up a not bad looking sw named Kelly. Said she isnt on the streets much (yea right) and had no complaints about service. Wont probably have a chance to do any scouting for a couple weeks. Will hit the streets again when I can.

Had some time for a scouting mission on the eastside and boy was it hoppin' this morning and early afternoon. Over the past few days I have seen 3 or 4 very cute SWs on dundalk ave. There are at least two very nice looking brunettes with long hair who have been out lately that I haven't seen previously and one brunette with short hair that I have seen quite a bit; I believe she may be the sister of the crippled girl who works conkling. Beware: I hear they are both HIV+. Also on the dundalk ave run I saw a favorite blockette, presumably on her way to work and she was looking very good as well; but she looks better when we both have had a few.
Baltimore/conkling/haven had at least 4 cute ones that I could count as well. I was pleasantly surprised as recently there have been very few SWs out and about on the eastside. Later I saw one SW on baltimore st. haggling or talking with the guy she eventually got into a car with; she must have driven a hard bargain as they talked for about 10 or 15 minutes. I had seen her before but she looked more worn than ever. I also, in the evening, saw a SW that usually works haven st. hanging around the park. Finally over the past week or so I have noticed that somebody's favorite waif, Angela I believe, is again working the park area.
Perhaps the weather really had kept them inside but it seems that the eastside is not quite officially dead yet. There have been more SWs out there over the past week than I have seen in the past month or more. Keep your eyes open for the good looking brunettes on dundalk ave.
Sorry about the red truck comment; please don't think I am accusing anyone or singling out any particular vehicle. I just wanted to point out that LE isn't always using conspicuous cars.

My First SW Experience
Visited Moonlight in Baltimore again tonight. I was too late. It was already closed. So I started returning back home. In stead of coming all the way on 95. I came thru US-40E. Arround 5-10 miles before I entered DE, there was a lady waving for ride on the right shoulder of the road. It was 2 in the morning, there were 4-5 vehicles in front of me. No one stopped. I thought of it once and stopped with hazard on.She came slowly to the vehicle. And asked if I can drop her to a road that I don't even know the name of. Whatever it is, I told her I am going straight on this road only, she will have to ask me to stop when she is near to the place. Old chick, arroung 35, body 2 and she was heavily drunk. Went a mile or two, she asked if I am a cop, I asked her if she is ? She flashed. I was nervous. Then I also flahsed and she said she will give head for 20. Stopped by a place, I didn't know how secure it was. My brave night was so stale and pale, it won't wake up. After quite a lot of her effort it woke up. She did BBBJ on me. Was out several nights this week for some scouting, but not much luck. PP/C is hit or miss. Most of the action seems to have shifted to some of the less discussed streets. Nighttime seems MUCH deader than in the heart of the winter. I don't have much patience though for PP/C since I began scouting W/W, I usually only do one loop before I head west.
LE was incredibly hot on W/W. Squad cars with flashers activated everywhere. There seems to be a definite concerted effort not only to clean things up but to maintain a visible, active presence. I have definitely noticed a decrease in SW everywhere in just the last few weeks. I think there was even a sting on Wash. Blvd last night. I caught the tail end. Tons of marked LE with flashers activated, blocking w/b Washington. Then they all turned off there lights, and I saw a squad car go by with some shmoe in the back. I turned the other way and came back about ten minutes later. A few blocks down the street I saw a TON of parked LE in a parking lot. I think that was the area they were waiting in while the decoy set things up.

Heard a week ago friday two young ladies were found on the RR tracks beneath the bridge which carries Monroe between W & W.
One was shot, both were stabbed. One white, one of color.
LE is usually hopping following those incidents......and elections coming up.

Brief report:
Swung through Hampden last night. Three LE vehicles in front of the SW hangout, and no SW in sight there. Saw an old school chum who always seems unhappy, sitting further down the road. By the time I turned around she was gone.
Later did a PP/C run. Saw a BSW, and a suspect with a baseball cap (think I have seen her before). Not much else around. Really quite dead. I have just been to busy to cruise the prime hours though. Did not even attempt W/W as the heat there is way too hot for me.
