There's one in Carthage that acts similar to what you described that went down. I can't remember her name, but she also is probably in her 40s if I had to guess, shoulder length brown hair, and maybe 5'3. Nothing but trouble!! Probably a mental nut case!! They approach my truck while Jen was getting something at the gas station on Warsaw. They both look under age, I didn't roll my window down all the way either!
