Drove Arlington xway loop around 4 pm, nothing happening but when I headed down Arlington Rd toward SC there was 2 Fla State Troopers together with 2 SUV's pulled over. Did not dally to see why.

It's was every where passing me. Would have just thought it was another monger but it crossed my path too many times. Also we all know that when hunting we break at every intersection to scout for walkers. This car didn't do that.
