Seeking Arrangements (SA)

Seeking website seems to be full of scams or flaky girls who can't ever actually meet. I've had several conversations but when it comes down to scheduling they either ask for an absurd amount or a deposit, neither of which I'm going to do. I travel for work and spend time in Knox at least once a week. Does anyone have regulars they would recommend? Ones that are trustworthy and will actually make a plan and stick to it? Its odd that all these women / girls want money but then play games and never do anything to get it.
