Hard to tell at this point what is going on, pretty sure individualism has a lot to do with it. People in Italy didn't care and just did whatever, same with some other countries in Europe, US the same way. I think the Asian countries have a leg up there due to culture and different governments, but we are in uncharted territory at this point.

Only the strong will survive this pandemic and it takes only one person to screw a business over that carries the COVID-19.

They said all cases of COVID-19 in Hawaii stemmed from out of state. Do you think it's wise for the ladies to take tourist? Or should they stick to the locals for now? Stick to locals only to stop the spread. Should we tell tourist to stay home? They was doing it on Kauai.

I don't know how you would obtain a test though since you have to show symptoms before being able to be tested. Also, it's reportedly difficult to get a test even if you have symptoms (at least on the mainland, but not sure about here). You also need health insurance that specifically covers covid 19 to enter Thailand. They are taking these measures as new cases spiked by 60 on Thursday, the most in a day so far there.

Just going to start pushing my flights over and over until things settle and get cleared up. My friends who live in Thailand expect a full lock down soon. Just a lot of confusion going on. Bars, massage parlors, etc are closed, but a lot of other places are closing down too since they have no idea how to enforce the social distancing piece. No one in the world knows how to deal with this situation since we have never gone through anything like this. Just have to wait it out and let things settle.
