Has anyone ever done a legitimate business transaction with a provider or former provider? Specifically I am talking about renting a house or an apartment to a former provider. I own a few rental properties and a former provider who I have kept in contact with for sometime wants to rent a house from me. I know previously she rented a house from a guy who she would see as a client for A discount in her rent. I don't think that is going to happen in this situation but curious as to what everyone's thoughts are. This girl has been out of the game for a couple of years. We kept in contact through social media because before she retired we became friends. Even since her retirement we hooked up a couple of times. I know she needs some help and I am able to help or just not for sure if it is a safe thing to do for either one of us.

Some, I wouldn't hesitate. Others. No freaking way. Almost like a "friends with benefits" arrangement. Hard to make them work as it motivations / desires / expectations rarely align and when they do, they change.

I wouldn't do it, but that's just my opinion.
