I would agree that at the onset she sometimes expects you to get it up pretty quickly but the only time I felt rushed was when I did a QV.
IMHO if a guy says he wants the QV price and is still going after 20 minutes then I can understand a provider getting pushy to finish unless the guy wants to pony up for a hhr rate. Plus she may have another monger on the way; we never know for sure.
The last time we played together she had a new toy and she got very worked up before I got started and there was no rush at all. Everyone is different and perhaps has different expectations but she has never complained to me that I needed to hurry up with anything.
