Like others have said, we have this board to help each other. I really don't find myself spending huge amounts of miserable time on SA. What has worked for me:

1) knowing what I want. It's been mentioned that some guys use SA like an escort site and want to see as many hot women as possible. I don't and I don't think that's the way to be the most successful. If you treat all the women like escorts you will limit your pool. Some will go for it because they are pros, but the non pros will hate you. I like non pros so usually avoid women looking to go straight to a hotel.

2) Treat them well but don't be a push over. I'm upfront that I don't pay to watch you eat or drink at M&Gs. I have no problem taking them on M&G and wining and dining because I like a good meal and some decent company but the experience is the payment.

3) I avoid pros and don't mind a ton of messaging. Pro can be jaded and they are in it for the money only. Surprising a lot of non pros are into this for more than just the money. Now they like the money but some like going to restaurants that they would never go to or tickets to events that they wouldn't attend. Some of them really do like to talk to an older guy who can give them advice or maybe they have some daddy kink to work out.

4) I do put limits on myself. I go out maybe 30 miles tops but find most of what I'm interested within 25. Because of my range I only need about a month to vet all my possible targets and then I take a break from the membership until I start seeing enough new faces to warrant my attention again. If I'm satisfied with what I have I take an extended break. I'm still working off a list of women that I collected in March.

You can always tell us what specific problem that you are finding and I'm sure guys will offer advice. If the only problem you have is price, then you probably need to negotiate better. It might have been good ages ago when it first came out but now, as you found out, no one treats it seriously. Dating apps in general are like that. I want to say both guys and girls make concerted efforts and then eventually it tapers off but nah. It's 90-10 women who don't give a rats ass. Figured that seeking has become a waste of time for me objectively speaking and the amount of effort I'd be putting in to get laid here and there at a reasonable PPM wasn't worth it anymore.

Tinder works but it's a grind just like seeking is. Thing with tinder though is you're not actively sending messages. More like you're just waiting and seeing which girls bite. On average I'm getting 1-2 matches per day, usually 1 match per day. So it's not completely dead, just slow.

And for tinder it depends what age you are and what you're looking for. If you're younger and your priority is to get laid, my best suggestion is to get in shape asap. Meaning get visible 6 pack abs, looksmax your face, etc. Then make your first pic a shirtless selfie where your abs are showing. Next you want your bio to be sexually tongue in cheek. Basically you want to come off as the fuck boy type that has 6 pack abs, a decent face, good hygiene, socially aware but also horny and looking to have a good time in the bedroom. This type of approach has worked for me in the past and it still works to a degree. I think I've banged at least 5-6 girls from tinder the limited amount of times I've done this. Point is that can effect future relationships, family, friends and business relationships. I'd caution against having too narrow a focus on ones safety. Just because you haven't thought of it, doesn't mean it might not happen. So this should be a secret life for anyone. Get some good OpSec going.
