Then that practice kind of went away. It has recently (past 5-8) years been steadily making a comeback on west coast. To point there are some areas you almost have to specify you want it covered. Didn't think it had made it to Denver yet. The usual flow of girls from Asia make the west coast and when they have aged out they send them to smaller markets.
