I have had good luck getting them to meet before they get jaded with all the messages and going GPS etc. If they still linger after about a month, either they are one and done type, something wrong with them or just unsure of what they are doing. Genuine SB's find daddies and leave off site quickly. May be I am missing something?

1. I ignore new profiles. The exception to this is if they say something about being on before and just got back on after arrangement ended. If I am interested in them I will favorite and see if they are still around in 4-6 weeks. Usually they are not.
2. A I look for something reference to Minneapolis / Minnesota in there profile or photo that was obviously taken locally. Too many of these woman are not local and just pick a random location to sell photos or want online arrangement.
2. B. Kind of goes along with 2. A, if their profile just contains a lot of flowery mumbo jumbo without any specific about them or what they are looking for I will pass.
3. If they refer to themselves as Princess I will pass.
4. If they want an investor I will pass.
5. If they have a picture in in front of an expensive car I will pass.
6. If they have a picture on a yacht I will pass.
7. If they say they "know their worth" I will pass.
8, If they want a mentor (means no sex) I will pass.
9. If they only have head shots for photos, they are fat. It necessary a pass, but good to have realistic expectations.
10. Posting Myers Briggs results, not a pass but why? I would prefer to know their favorite sexual positions.

Here is another one using fake photos. Conversation was good and seemed legit, but photos are of an Instagram model. She has either blocked me for calling her out on it or deleted her profile. Links below.

When I find a profile I like, I read it carefully. When I write my message, I try to include things the SB mentioned. I'm just trying to connect and show that I actually read their profile. While things can be streaky, the response rate is rather low. Maybe 10%. It's rather frustrating to put time and effort into messages and get nothing back. I suppose that's just how the sugar bowl works. When I send a message, I also provide access to my pics. Maybe that's the problem. They don't like my pics. LOL. It's impossible to know why they don't respond. Maybe they didn't like what you wrote. Maybe they were never serious to begin with. It's still annoying.
It goes without saying but it definitely helps if you're more on the attractive side. At the end of the day money is money for some of these women but I've found after numerous discussions that some of the more attractive SBs just don't have it in them to sleep with a man double their age. The older gentlemen that are able to score really attractive SBs are throwing thousands at these women and unlimited shopping sprees. At least that's what I've been hearing after being apart of this scene for a few years.

But I don't think that is a major contributor to why sugar babies are flakey and unresponsive. And yes a 10 percent response rate is normal. Given my 5 years of sugar dating experience, this is what I think. 90 percent of the sugar baby profiles represent scammers and attention seekers that have no intent to meet. And over 50 percent of the profiles are inactive after a week or two. Now to the 10 percent that responds. Let's assume you get 10 babies to reply on the site. Maybe you will text with three of them, and two of those three will ghost you before you ever meet. And after you have dated a sugar baby a few times they will often ghost you. Why? There are many reasons, for most, I think their life circumstances and their mental health are unstable. I have experimented with various fake pictures. Older, younger, attractive, average, etc. Honestly, the pictures don't seem to impact the response rate. And yes my own pic is fairly attractive IMHO.
Oh I agree, this is scene is a numbers game and it only works if you cast a wide wide net. It's incredibly time consuming but it can be worth it when you find diamonds in the rough. I do think it becomes exponentially easier to lay with an attractive SB if you are somewhat attractive, which was my point. If you're a older gentlemen that doesn't have a significant amount of wealth or attractive features it will be difficult to land a 8+ at least that's the evidence I've gather over the years talking to these women.

I think of myself pretty average in looks and have have had a number of longer term (6 months or more) with very attractive 8+ 19-22 yr olds. I think there are number of woman on the site that are concerned about your age, but there are many who once you meet them they don't really care. In some cases, I am older than their parents and they are younger than my kids, but it still works. It does help if you work to build a relationship with them that is about more than just about sex.
We all would love to go back to the days were 200-300 was sufficient to satisfy 95% of the woman on the site, but believe those days are gone. My most recent arrangement was with a 21 yr old who is a 9+ on anyone's scale and have no idea why she ever responded to my message on SA. When we meet for drinks, out conversation about allowance went like this:
Me: My last arrangement we did ppm since we didn't meet on regular schedule and I usually gave her 350-400. Was your last arrangement monthly or ppm?
Her: He gave me money monthly.
Me: I have had some bad experiences with trying to do a monthly allowance in the past, would you be ok starting ppm and after we get to know each other we can talk about monthly.

While that is still a lot, it is a better starting point than 600-800 that you hear from a lot of the more attractive woman. Won't say where we ended up for our final agreement other than to say it was mostly one sided in her favor from there on out and I don't have any regrets.
Just one other thought for today. Occasionally, I see posts where guys say they mainly stay with more average looking girls since they don't have an attitude and are more fun and I understand that strategy. But don't be afraid to swing for the fences once in a while with hotter and / or younger woman. Yes, many of them are entitled bitches but are easy to weed out quickly by reading their profile or initial conversations. The reality is the attractive woman love sex just as much as the average ones do.
I can't host and I find hotels to be less than ideal for several reasons. They remind me of high-stress business trips. It's annoying and stressful to have to check in when with a sugar baby. Yes, I have tried to do the hotels that let you skip the check-in desk and let you use your phone to unlock the room door. But sometimes they don't send me the virtual key in time so I still end up at the desk. Then there is the cost. Prices have increased in the past year or two.

I know there was some discussion a while back about getting a shared apartment, which I believe has been done in some places. There are drawbacks to that as well and think you would really need to trust the people you that shared the apartment.

She shows up in a crop top and tight cut off shorts and I about fell over when I saw her, even better than her pictures which are outstanding. We end up walking about a couple blocks to nearby place and had a good discussion, but I am thinking that the original place being closed is strike one against me.
We agree to move forward with an arrangement She says she is busy all week but might be available next weekend and will let me know later in the week. Even though we got along very well, almost felt like this might be a little bite of brush off and might never hear from her again.
I offer to walk her to her car, and she accepts. While we are waking down Nicollet Mall, I look up and see a police car with it lights on driving down the sidewalk straight towards us. They are chasing some young fellow and suddenly there are police cars everywhere and we are on the edge of swarm of officers arresting this guy, so we turn around and take a different route. So, that really felt like strike two against me and didn't think things were going my way. We did have a nice make out session at here car, so did feel a glimmer of hope.

I asked him to confirm that there were no rooms ready and he said that it was not due to no rooms being ready just that I would need to come back at check-in time which is 3. I thought about raising a stink, but really try to keep a low profile and just walked out.
When I got to my car, I send her a message saying they won't let me check-in until 3:00 and see if she is ok moving it back an hour. She says that she had just finished getting ready and was about to head out, so would prefer not to wait until 3:00 since she has a family dinner later.
