So drove by red light district and there is some girls hanging out struggling to catch a date. I only did drive by since I didn't think it was worth pulling over and taking a walk. Girls wearing mask and it was earlier in the day so maybe better or more girls later. Saw on Instagram that Adelitas was cleaning up and sanatizing the place with the caption "3 more weeks". So I'm assuming they are planning for a reopening in 3 weeks. Haven't seen if the other clubs are too but I'm asssuming if adelitas does everyone else will too. Coming back across was not to much trouble. Just don't be honest about where you went maybe? I mean the other times before Covid19 I would but since you might find yourself in quarantine I just told them the truth that I'm coming back from checking on my property in Ensenada and collecting my rent and fixing any problems my tenant had. So hit the border after midnight and went right through like 5-10 minutes. Wasn't long at all. Usually lanes are less that time of nigh anyway depending how busy it is And probably not that many travelers coming and going. I did see Adelitas post on the gram that they were opening back up in 2 weeks? We'll see how all this reopening of some states and counties go so let's keep our fingers crossed.

Drove down with a wingman, arriving around noon. Plan was for lunch and fun with a few girls. There were no immigration checks or delay both ways. Very low policia presence in Tijuana.
There were very few people on the street both in San Ysidro and Tijuana. In Tijuana bars were all closed, restaurants and food carts offer to go only. There was no place to sit for drinks or food. Got tiring after a while.
HK had a clandestine lounge with a small bar next to Cascada's North lobby on the second floor. 4 girls were sitting in the lounge, looking hungry, old and unattractive. It's been about 2 1/12 weeks now but 2 weeks ago HK posted on its IG that it would probably be 2 weeks to open which would of put opening maybe last Wednesday or Thursday?? They must've been told to not open or something because all the posts now are about getting a room or "can't wait to see you guys".

A few out-of-town bros have anxiously asked me how it goes in HK as it supposed reopen today June 1st. They cannot wait to hang out in HK.
AFAIK there have been no changes in City Hall's closure order for restaurants and bars. Officially Non essential travel is banned at least until June 22, so bars and restaurants have to be after that date with social distancing of course. There were not many people or cars on the street last Sat afternoon, about 5% normal.
But HK has a work around arrangement with a clandestine lounge and small bar behind closed door. In the afternoon I found only 4 girls, not so hot, but a bro reported 40 girls at night in a penthouse suite with some very hot ones late at night. So you can still have some action.
In the afternoon there were 30- 40 girls on the streets, some hotter than the 4 HK girls. You can have plenty of hot actions.

Correction, I bought 2 bottles of Chivas regal 12-year 1 L for $27 each. Lowest offer in SOCAL is $41 so there was a 35% saving.
The cigarettes were $18 for 2 cartons, which work out to be $0. 90 per pack. They taste good. The strong ones taste similar to Marlboro Red.
Costco Mexico annual membership is 500 pesos or about $20 for 2 cards, good globally including the US. I will split the fee with another bro so I can buy liquors and food stuffs with discounts every time I am down in TJ.

I follow all their social and never saw anything explicitly saying in two weeks. They won't open until Mexico opens everything else. There's still plenty of action to be had in the Zona as both the Hong Kong hotel, Tropical hotel and the street girls.
