The same guy that answers the phone at cozy also answer Acu in the mall. But they run them so different. At Cozy, the sign says keep your underwear on, but they don't care. I've been friends with the former owner of Relax for around ten years and they recently sold. I've been working on one at the Express Spa and she told me they are different boss. As far as the leave underwear on I don't wear underwear and never have a problem. If they aren't comfortable they use draping and that's rare.
