Strangely enough, I tell these chicks that I'm Cuban, and all of a sudden, it's all cool. I've found that once you get past the initial phone conversation, their "no blacks" policy is relaxed and you're in there 9 times out of 10. I've only been turned away two times the entire time I've been mongering (Since 1997) and a couple of my regulars have had a "no black guys" policy.

Tell them that you are Dominican, and when they ask you to speak Spanish say,
"long story short. My brother was with the wrong crowd and was killed at 15. My parents didn't want me to be like him, so when I turned 10 they sent me to _______ to live with my aunt and uncle. They didn't speak Spanish in the house, so after a while i just forgot it."
Or something like that and you should be fine.
