Being older I go for the hour most of the time as it takes me a little bit to warm up and by the time the hour rolls around I'm done. My GFE rating on my second visit was based on the fact that she stayed with me for around 2 and a half hours for her hour rate and never once mentioned anything about time and also because the activities were excellent during that time.
