I know you're only trying to utilize good intentions, but I feel that contacting NR is the only thing that needs to be done here, and you've done that. The info you have in your post on this board is too much information, especially since you mention that she used her real name as a provider. That is against the rules of the board, and I can only hope that this young lady's family is recovering and healing from their tragic loss, and I hope that the people at NR find it in their hearts to remove her profile on that site. I never met this woman, but please for the sake of everyone who knew her, let's just move on and hope that Jackson removes both your post and mine. The less attention to this tragedy, the better.

Jackson, if you or your staff reads this, please delete both posts.

Ok, admittedly, this was stupid on my part, but it ended up working out ok I guess.
