Two other times I've been stopped for traffic violations with obvious alcohol on my breath. Both times cops told me to drive directly home.

Before I get any criticism here, please note that I am not proud of those details. I was lucky, and should not have been driving.

Start with one mistake and it snowballs.

When I can, I will take the bus out to the bar and a cab back home. Cab both ways is kind of expensive for me. Sitting at a bus stop late at night, drunk, is a great way to get mugged. Might as well wear a sign saying,"Rob me".

And there are a multitude of ways in which to screw up beyond simply getting pulled over. One guy, had his car break down on the way home. Waiting for a tow truck, someone hit his disabled car as it sat on the side of the road. Cops responding to the accident arrested this 1st guy for DUI. How friggin' hard luck is that? Car broke down, then gets smashed, and finally get arrested?

This is why, of late, I've been drinking in some fourth-rate bars just because I can get to 'them easily without driving. No mongering potential, but then again, sometimes it's nice to get a buzz on without hearing yap about nekohana.

You have a big dilemma. If you are still drunk, and you start the car, game over. What then? Call for a tow truck?

Yeah, this still holds. Someone got busted under the new cellphone law. She pulled over and was stopped on the shoulder lane with the car running but in Park. Cop wrote the ticket and told her if the motor is running, she was in control of the vehicle and thus a violation.

Also, consider the circumstances. If your car is parked nearby the bar, you're probably okay. It can't be proved you drove intoxicated. But if you are nowhere near a bar, logic says you had to drive this car drunk to get to your present location.

Had 3 hundred in my wallet if not Visa Card will help me on the way so was pretty much good to go. So streight to Splash I go. Sat at the booth and the waiter comes with the " Hi, long time no see ' bs with the hand shake. Asking if I looking for girl. Told him looking for Eri but he saying he get new girl and I keep telling I wanted Eri and he pretend he never knew who I was talking about so I said fuck it give me the new girl. New girl name Ruby. We talk a litte and told her I don't feel attractive to you so I'm not buying you a drink so she tell the waiter something in korean and left. Waiter look piss. He even never came back to ask if I wanted one other drink so I just left. No more for Splash.

Now I know alot peeps read what I post and know who I am which is fine with me but that night when I was walking to my car some of you even stop me to tell me to quit my drinking, behave, go home, and so on. With my recent post must of piss you guys off. I think you guys should relax and stop taking this internet thing to seriously. Thanks for caring but I know how to control my drinking.

Anyone has 411 on that chick Cindy from CS? Was just asking her about the room. She told me 2 hundred for the small bottle soju and 3 hundred for the big bottle. Told her I had my own extra small bottle right hea and it's free. She never take it to well. Come on ladys it was just a joke.

Anybody seen the drama between with the bg and customer Friday night at EG? It was the booth near the bathroom. The girl slammed two glasses on the table shattering them. I was getting war flashbacks from Damour.

Never had problems sleeping in the car before, and this happened several occasions and locations. One time the friends and I slept along Kapiolani till 6:30am Saturday morning. It was kinda of funny as we were the only car parked on the side of the street in the morning. Friend slept in the driver seat, but he threw the keys in the back seat. I'm pretty sure LE saw us but didn't bother.

All get is ugly girls.

Not to mention you have the right to park there, he can't tell you to move it or tow it. If he does tell you that and you listen then you were just suckered. Best would be to just walk away and make arrangements for your car. Now if you are parked in a unmarked stall like how some park in back of Evergreen then you may have some problems and have to get your car towed. Reminds me once my friend was about to get pulled over and he was drunk. The cop had his lights on and was about maybe 30 ft away. My friend immediatley pulled over, got out, and walked. When the cop came he told my friend, "You drove this car?." He replied, "I'm not driving it now." Then the cop just basically told him you can't park here. He replied, "whatever," and walked away. Naturally he got towed and a parking ticket, but avoided a DUI. Point is sometimes you are going to have to take a hit, but its better than death if you know what I mean. But in the end this is just info for us stupid ones who take the risk of drinking and driving.

That's how they roust the homeless. So HPD can hassle you. OTOH, as noted earlier, if you are parked in the bar parking lot, there is nothing the cop can do unless the property owner calls them.

But, yes, a tow is definitely the less painful option. All goes back to the advice of being careful.

Keep your keys in your pocket or on the floor. DO NOT keep keys in ignition. HPD can and will arrest you for DUI. Even on private property. I have a friend that got arrested before. Be safe everybody.

All well and good. But back to the subject of KBs. A while ago, a member posted a comment that "the party has moved to RC". I beg to differ and offer photographic evidence. Sitting at the bar, I looked to my right and was nearly turned to stone by this sight.

To be fair, there IS one looker, but she already has her stable of LVBs so no play appears imminent.
