I wasn't born yesterday. Anyway Her name is Helen Gold and her Telegram name is at Dick_queen. If you didn't, then you have no idea whether the person on the other end of the scam isn't some dude with stolen pics. So very many scammers out there, only exceeded by the number of sucker victims.
