I was out on Cicero and Diversey saw Tatiana again. She got snatched up by someone else. I had to cruise around for a good 30 min before she got dropped off again. Still no cell, I got on her about that told I want FS with her and she said that she was going to get a new phone, such a ditz but what a rack.
Sorry for the late report but this happened a week ago. I have been working so much I have not been able to report.
Found a beautiful on a scale of 1 to 10 a solid 9 WSW walking along Cicero between Armitage and Fullerton. Her name was Brittany and was a brunette. Very clean looking, no marks at all and a pleasant attitude. Got a great BBBJ and she did not miss a drop and took every bit of it down too. I wish she had some digits because she was one of the rare ones you never ever see walking.
This did happen in the afternoon last Saturday.

But I'm looking for tips on spotting / avoiding LE. Are they typically unmarked cars with antennas, and the plates with green letters starting with an M (I think)? How do you look without looking like you're looking? (say that 3 times fast).

Just keep your eyes open, drive during the day and get familiar with the area; so you are not driving blind at night. Also, scout areas for where you can park discretely. Be prepared with an excuse if pulled over. Ie. You are meeting a friend at the taco bell on so and so street. If asked why you are driving around, tell him you are killing time until your friend calls.
As far as spotting decoys, they usually are standing in one place and not usually walking. Cops don't want the decoy to be at risk so she will not get in your car. The last thing they need is to have a high speed chase with their decoy being injured. Do not mention any exchange for sex/money unless she is in the car and you are in drive.
Ultimately, there is no garauntee in this hobby. Sometimes you just have to go with your gut and wish for the best. I find the thrill in not getting caught is sometimes the motivating factor for a night stroll.
Another thing, don't drive a car that would attract attention to itself. No one remembers the Honda or Toyota, but the chevy riding on 22's they remember.
Was out last night and saw a few BSW in 47th at around Rockwell. At Madison east of Cicero there were a handful of BSW but I passed. Around Cicero north of Roosevelt I saw 2 smoking hot WSW and I've seen them there a lot lately. Almost too good to be true and I wanted to stop several times, but I wonder if it's a sting. Anyone ever see these ones over on Cicero and Roosevelt, the white ones?

Took a drive up and down Sheridan about 2 blocks south of Lawrence, spotted a BSW with a WSW. BSW was about a 3 on a good day, and WSW was about a 7, nice body. Watched a 3 cars try and scoop them up and BSW went in each car, and came out. Not sure what was going on, if it was only the WSW I would have tried to entertain, but area is a little scary, and am uncomfortable with 2 walking together.
This is also a high HIV area.

Saw 5 BSWs with varying degrees of hotness clustered around the corners of this intersection at 4 AM, right by the overhead train tracks. What was unusual was the sheer number of cars running by this little off-the-beaten path spot. There must have been 15 cars packed in the intersection.
Maybe this is a new spot? There is only a single building, on the southeast corner, so fewer neighbor complaints, I'm sure (assuming this part of town generates complaints at all).

Regarding LE, its really a matter of knowing the area ahead of time like others have suggested. I would learn the area and also just cruise the area before picking someone up you've never been with. Driving down the cicero run a few times you'll see all the LE out there and see them up and down the side streets stopping cars. Know where the LE Base is in the area, the last thing you want to do is think you found a good spot a couple blocks away from the station LOL.
If a girl is superhot, skip her unless you know for a fact she's not LE. In a new area look for average SW first and see if they get picked up. The other thing is never pull over on the main street always make eye contact and turn around the corner to pick them up. Try not to make your drive and prowl not look too obvious, look ahead in the distance and for the SW so you don't look like your watching a tennis match. Lastly if you find a girl no matter if you plan on seeing her again or not get a number. Just cause you're not going to use the number doesn't mean someone here won't want it. Its good to have some numbers for swaps.

I've been picking up ladies from that area(and intersection) for the better part of two decades,
This happened Monday night around 11:30 or so. I found another winner. A WSW named Bree. Picked her up south of Belmont on Cicero. On a 1 to 10 scale looks wise she was a 7 to 8. Performance was a solid 9. She smelled very nice too. So the last two in this area have been by far the best I have seen in a long time.

I agree this area has been great for me as well. Coming from Mannheim its a night and day diff, the best you can do there is some old wsw that are 4 out of 10s. I found a couple good ones there some time ago but not anymore.

So I've spent a lot of time this past week on 47th st...and can now finally spot em like a pro. This should count for like 5 reviews. There were a ton out wednesday, a couple thursday, a couple sunday. I'm guessing they're always out, at least between 11-2, when I was out.
I came close - had a wsw in my car who was overdressed in a red silky skirt, but changed my mind because she was too big / heavy for me. Really sweet and nice, visiting town, but not for me.
Also thursday nearly picked a skinny WSW up, but declined because her face was too plain for me (I know, I'm too picky, but hey, I gotta be into it). She walked up and asked if she could get in and I said no thanks. This was closer to Cicero.
There's another skinny WSW who wears short skirts, dirty blond hair, but check this out: I drove around / followed her as she walked down the street. She was on her cell. I turned right in front of her and right again down an alley and there was a shady looking dude walking the same direction, also on the cell. When I spotted her again much further down by Archer and 47th, dude was still walking along on his cell, down the alleys. Is he waiting to jump customers, or just keeping her protected? Watch out guys and if you've seen this move let me know what you think.
Then some usual suspects - a pair of thick bsws who always seem to walk together. and then there's a skinny bsw who always stands on the same block, east of rockwell I think, and no one ever picks her up. Assuming she's a junkie.
I did spot what I thought were a couple of hot bsws, dressed kind of slutty, but it was too dark to see their faces.
So my question is about finding a location to do the deed. Are we talking just some shadowy residential street? Any tips for 47th st area? Alleys are all too well lit. If a cop catches you in the car doing the deed, are you busted?

Driving around south side and saw 2 bsw 111th and Lafayette around 2pm. It seems to me that the main purpose of the bill was to increase the impound fees to $1K. The felony charges are there to show what a diligent job the politicians are doing. It's serious, but I doubt anyone would do jail time. The prisons are way too overcrowded as it is. Does mongering really represent what a felony should be? They should definitely increase the heat on people dealing with minors, but other than that . . .
This is usually how the do gooders and the "anti's" pass something. The felony convict is piggy backed with prostituting with minors. Who is going to disagree with that? Or vote against any bill which protects minors against any type of exploitation?
Doubt that any solo bill making it a felony for patronizing a prostitute would pass. I hope that the politicos took closely at this and re word it. Maybe our Gov might veto????!!!??
