This is my first time post here.
There are many undercover LE near harbor blvd around the time 2-4am. Beware of a white cadillac suv with tinted windows because uc le are in there, and I did saw them with cb radio and shiny badges worn around their neck when they make a stop to detent a BSW by the curb of camille and harbor.

Well it was already 11:30pm and I decided I wanted to see if I could find some action on Harbor. So I jumped in my car and made my way down to Santa Ana. Upon exiting the 22 on Harbor I immediately saw LE pulling someone over not a great sign from the beginning, but I continued south despite the early signs of LE activity.
Heading south just pass westminster I spotted my first BSW looked a little chubby so I headed further south. On Hazard there was another BSW in a little purple dress which looked more promising. Short on cash I headed further south to the 7-11 to make a withdrawl. I pulled out of the parking lot and made a right down 1st so I could make the giant loop up to Camile and back onto Harbor. Finally made it all the way around headed back up Harbor and I noticed a WSW just before 1st, but before I can make a right LE pulls out in front of me. Now I have no choice but to drive cautiously north on Harbor with LE right beside me, that ruined any and all plans to stop and pick-up a SW. LE continued to drive next to me till he finally made a left on westminster.
Then I saw something over by the weinershnitzel, it was a LSW heading south. I pulled over to pick her up and she hesitates a bit but gets in the car. She starts telling me that she doesnt normally work the streets, but she got kicked out by her bf's place and needed to make money for a room. I asked for a bj and she asked how much do I have, I knew she was desperate so I said 20. She says that is not enough she needs more money, so I countered with 30 and she agrees.
By now I'm heading deep down Trask to avoid any LE till I find a nice residential spot to stop. I hand her the money and get myself ready. Hit the Harbor Track between the 22 and Warner about between 2-3 am Lots of girls of all varieties. Noticed that a group congregated around the motel just past Westminister; another couple by the 7 eleven at First and another 3-4 at the shopping center with northgate market at first. None of the girls seemed to be walking. Lots of mongers out there. I will say the some of the girls looked great, much better quality than I have seen in a long time. However, police broke up these girls. Then about 30-40 minute later I would see them working again. I doubt they were undercover, but caution is best. Also, just way too much monger activity. He followed me up HB, west on Lampson, south on Euclid, and west on Westminster. Finally lost him in a residential track. She was so freaked out that she had to talk herself into going back to work. It was dead going up from 405 to 22 but when I circled back down I saw a chubby BSW or Dark Skin LSW on Harbor and 1st. Not impressed enough to stop, I kept driving and just 1-2 blocks south of 1st, I saw a decent LSW (5'7" thick, dirty blonde) that looks like one of the girls in the Pics posted by one of you guys.
I was going about 45, so it was hard to tell in the dark? Does the same LSW working in the day, work this late? I'm wondering whether the daytime SW's also work late at night or is it a different shift of girls?
Anyways, I was way too slow picking up the LSW. By the time I circled back at the next street light, I saw some green civic behind me you-turn before the lights along with a couple other cars/trucks.
Both SW's were gone less then 3mins after I circled back. Can't believe it? I think I'm too cautious or conservative, trying to avoid the obvious attention.
I didn't see that many LE's around like you guys posted but I could've missed them, being out of the street scene so long.
However, I did see 1 unmarked white UC LE, parked hidden behind the main entrance of the California Motel. I'm assuming they're the support/back up team that swoops in.
The street scene is really exciting with an adrenaline rush but there's just way too many elements to think about. I dread getting busted or getting peeped or worse possibly filmed by that creep in the white honda. And. The SW's aren't even close to the level of MP girls anyways. Granted the prices are much cheaper. The risk-reward to me isn't worth it.
I'll still cruise that strip and report if I see anything but I'm more likely to stick to the established MP's.
After getting shut out, I decided to go that Irvine Condo that's always posting on CL. I'll post that report in the MP section.

Maybe he's a voyer, or looking to rob both the girl and her trick by catching them off gaurd. It almost happened to me in Santa Ana many years ago. I picked up a gal on Main, she was acting kind of wierd, so I kept my eyes on my surroundings. All of a sudden a car pulls up next to us, I started my car got the hell out of there and made her give me back my money. Looking back I think they were illegals looking for a quick score. Best to be careful.
Pretty weird and somewhat of a coincidence for me.
I haven't mongered for street walkers in over a decade but I remember some long haired,pimply,white boy that used to cruise Harbor in a beat up white Honda that would follow the girls and other mongers but would not try to pick the girls up.
I was doing a chunky white street walker regularly back then. I was her prepaid cellphone provider. I was in the business back then and was trading her prepaid cards for services. She was scared to death of that dude. He would follow her and her Johns and sometimes sit outside her room and jerk off in his car. I'm not going to get into details but I dealt with him rather severely when I was younger and dumber and caught him following me one night after I had my fun and dropped her off on the strip. I still saw that pervert around for a few more weeks front end damage and all after rear ending my concrete filled pipe bumper but he would split when he'd see me in my truck. I doubt it is the same guy but a weird coincidence none the less.
