Has it become that bad a problem that LE is giving out Bogus ticket for violating your civil rights. Has anyone challenged them in court. I see a future ACLU suit, at some point with them having to refund thousands of dollars to people they have previously given tickets to.

I agree 110%. In my "nuisance" case I was not even issued a citation. My car was towed and impounded and it cost $900 + 200 to get it back. I mean why was my car impounded if I didn't commit a crime; and If I DID commit a crime, why wasn't I charged?
I am a firm supporter of Civil Rights, and one day the system will go too far. All it takes is one guy to TOFTT and file a suit, then the rest can line up behind him. That will cost the city a lot of Money, and with KWAME as mayor the city just can't afford it.

Oh Ya!!! That will keep you warm. Enough bush hair to knit a sweater. LOL
Sounds as though the Detroit pd is very obnoxious. The loitering impound law is ridiculous enough, but to bust you for simply driving around is outrageous. I agree that someone needs to challenge this loitering law. The cops are probably using this law for more serious offensives like drugs as well. My guess that there is probably a chance to get a ACLU to challenge the law.
There has 2 similar cases in CA where the law has been struck down on appeal. Both the civil and criminal law was challenged. I am interested to find out if the cases can be used to challenge another similar law in a different state.
I was in traffic court last year and this one guy told me that even though he won his case he still had to pay the towing and storage fees.
Gotta have your radar up when strollin. Nowadays leave the area immediately as soon as U SPOT LE. Switchin back to the white cars made it easier to see them first, but the vice, is something different.

This has been my policy for a long time. When you see one, leave. If they notice you a second time, they start paying more attention.
Haven't had a lot of time to monger lately. Found a sure thing for now on the S.W. and enjoying the situation on those, Oh so cold days..... Saw a little activity on McGraw during the afternoon hours. Christina, wsw, about 23-25, 6 or 7 on the sw scale. Blond hair, I reported on her awhile back. Also, the latina mentioned earlier, I think her name is Amanda. Saw her at night, can't really comment on her, would like to see a little more of her with less clothes on.
Be careful out there and safe guys, have a great new year.
Honestly guys; I don't think I am goint be in this area any more. Never again. There are other areas, better areas.
I have had 3 problems with LE in the past, and 2 of them have been at the GR/7/Tel area. I recently got a "Loitering" ticket which I hope is no big deal......
I am talking about 7/Tel/GR area.
I did go to court, and ticket was never processed; so no charges, no NOTHING. Still I'm out of this area. LE drove me out of this area, but that just means I am concentrating on other strolls. I have not limited my pursuit of the hobby.
Nothin on 1/16 around 5.
Picked up a 40ish sp on 1/17 around 3. Not great. When done I saw someone in abeat up pickup getting a hot looking sp. Real skinny and nice smile. At jr and the road that goes west under rr tracks.
In light of the mayor's "lieing under oath" scandal(text messages) which would be a felony we need to all email the Wayne County Prosecutor and Michigan Attorney General and tell them how "outraged" we are and to pursue this matter. He is a major contributor to the state of the hobby and pursuant of "Johns".
Here is a statement from the major in 2003.
"We're serving notice on all of our johns that not only will we tow your car and charge you $900 (US) to get it back, we'll arrest you and fingerprint you and put your face on TV," Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick said Monday.

Kwame will survive and be re-elected. Detroit voters love a criminal.

GWB was re-elected I guess Americans love an idiot.
Its just hard to believe a town as large as Detroit has so little action. Hell, Muskegan is a better destination. Maybe I'm asking the wrong questions. We already know the SW scene is scant and there's no certain "area". Stripper clubs are never the ideal. Maybe we should ask if there are bars or establishments the pros hang out for John's to lerk or even better, where do the Johns hang out? Let the pros find them.

Remember how excited everyone was when he was running? His youth and enthusiasm were going to turn Detroit around. Instead he turned out to be a jerk in it for himself. What a joke.
