I have always found it to my best interest to make friends with the Mamsan and i have had an off and on relationship with a girl i met at a AMP.
I think i messed up big time too. Cause this girl (jenni) knew the girl i was messing with from the AMP. Before i left she mentioned that next time i should get her friend instead of her. Damn! I think I might have messed up pretty bad. But ill go there next time and talk to Mamsan about it. Honestly i think mamsan doesnt care too much about it becasue im a very good customer and i talk to her all the time.
I have been going there more often because the girl i was messing with works there now for some reason. I had initially met her at 1818 NY ave AMP. I think its called the Mini Health Club.
Remember Sophia.....from my post a long time ago....well thats the one. She is not Korean. She a mix between thia and chinese. she looks aaight but we get along really good. She was very down to earth and i liked that. Anyway!! its just another boring

I've been there 5 or 6 times and I've always been treated to the best service and most attractive ladies. The reason for leaving out the address stemmed from not seeing any ads in the paper lately. Perhaps I'm also being selfish, as I never see anyone else around there. Nice and quiet! But, by all means, enjoy and support this great business.

Hey Guys,
My first post in DC board I guess. I kind a become regular in DE and Baltimore board. Was in the capital today for visa related work. So thought to check the AMP scene as I had lots a time to kill.
Thought I will go to Downtown. I messed up at the very first step as it was my first visit to that area , I went in my car. In a busy time like 2 pm I couldn't get an empty parking lot arround Vermont ave. So headed back and thought I'll try Supra. Again no parking. Parked at a paid parking place on 18th( had to pay $6, which is extra expense for guys like us who are used to free parking). Place was clean. I faced another problem here, which I didn't face before. When I was waiting at the 4th floor door after ringing the bell, another guy walked up. I kind a started feeling uneasy. There was no problem though, as we were professionally shown our rooms very fast. I missed a line up in this process, which I normally go for in every place. Got Sarah, 3-4 face, 4-5 body, 7-8 attitude. Got a so-so shower, and FS. Out with a candy ( literally ) in 50 minutes, and spent $160. Overall nice experience. Will try other places where in town again. Preferably Downtown as I keep seeing good report about the place.

You are incorrect. The one across from MCI, where you went, is called Sun Club and it is at the corner of 7th and G NW. The address you posted is in SE, which as anyone who knows DC at all knows, is not the location of the MCI Center.

I think Karma really means Sun Spa on M Street, N.W. It would be a considerable walk from the MCI Center to 8th Street, S.E.

Castle Spa is off to a good start. Yung is an eager young professional who knows her business."[/i][/QUOTE]I'm happy to report that I tried out the Castle Spa on Tuesday at lunchtime and had great success, and that I can recommend this spa to my fellow mongers. Here's my 2-part report:
Location: Castle Spa is at 1716 I Street, NW (aka 'Eye' Street), just a half-block from the Farragut West stop on the Metro, in one of the few older low-rise buildings left in the neighborhood. The setup is similar to the Downtown Spa on Vermont, that is, there is no sign or anything on the ground floor to indicate that the Castle Spa even exists. There is only a sign for the hair salon on the second floor, where you are in full view when arriving and leaving, as LoveLOS has indicated. Just keep on climbing the steps to the 3rd floor (the top floor) and hit the buzzer by the unmarked door (although in my case, the mamasan had already opened the door as she could see me coming on the video camera). Anyone on the street who sees you enter/leave will think that you're going to get your hair cut, while most people inside the hair salon will probably not even notice you. Chances are the customers don't know what's upstairs, although the hair salon employees certainly do.
It looks a lot like Downtown on the inside, just slightly smaller and with less girls working (there seemed to be 3 girls on duty plus the mamasan).
Report: I had a Downtown-quality one-hour session with an attractive, flirty Korean girl in her late 20s named Jay - around 5'4", relatively thin, small but nice natural breasts. The usual nice table shower (with special washing attention given to my soldier which had decided to stand up), followed by a hard massage (no back-walking), then soft tingly fingers and slight tickles while I laid on my stomach, lots of oral attention to my ass, balls and uncovered soldier (except for the tip), then I turned over, the old condom in the mouth trick, CBJ while I enjoyed some DATY (which I rarely do at an AMP, and which I'm glad I did here) and good FS. No complaints at all - I would definitely go back again and ask for Jay again. Tariff was the usual $60 for an hour, plus 5 Jacksons as a thank-you tip (which she indicated I should place on the corner of the massage table rather than give to her).
I am happy to recommend this place as an alternative to Downtown, although the Downtown girls do seem to be younger and slightly better-looking than the girls I saw at Castle.

Xsailor, Food was excellent, didn't see any girls hanging around the restraunt or surrounding area. Waitress was nice and if the restraunt were in Bangkok rather than White Plains I would have been hitting on her... I too was ROFL about the foot fetish report...

If she doesn't do the work, how does she deserve to be paid the full price. These girls are suppose to provide high-end service and to think that looking nice is good enough is only going to get partial payment. If the deeds they have to perform are "distasteful to them" as Lex put it, it shouldn't show up in their work because they have decided to perform them for their means of income.
Chalk it up to experience? Sure, but I'm not going to penalize myself because of some girl not wanting to fulfill her end of the deal. If she wants to just lay there like a bump on a log, then she will be compensated like such. Its more for her to learn the lesson, not me. Hopefully, she'll will get the hint and work harder at HER chosen path.
Also I seriously doubt that the AMP is going to call the police if they aren't payed what they think they should have been. What would they say to cops? In order for them to get their money they would have to file a claim with the courts and we know they aren't going to do that. They are most likely just going to 'write-off' the loss and try to prevent it from happening again. Which may mean the girl getting canned or reprimanded. Or it could mean they get their money up front from then on.
But, I will admit that you may be setting yourself up for trouble if you continue to do that. I'm not sure what kind of protection AMPs have. I would think its very minimal as I have never heard of weapons being found at these places when cops raid them. Just boatloads of lotion and condoms. :eek: Plus they don't search you very hard when you come in, so you theoratically could have more 'protection' then they would. But, you never know and I'd hate to find myself on the wrong end of .44. [i](lol, that would kinda be a funny sight, a lil' ol' mamasan holding a gun over a naked john, screaming, "you'd better give me my money or I'll blast ya!")[/i] Plus since these girls usually end up working at different establishments, you may find yourself getting refused any service if you are recognized elsewhere.
[i][b]In the end, its probably safer to follow Lex and LoveLOS's sound advice and get a good relationship with the mamasan. [/i][/b]I've heard of some very nice outcomes when a bloke was provided with shoddy service and reported it to a familar and friendly mamasan and got steller service right then and there.

(202) 887-1179[/i][/QUOTE]Part of the confusion seems to be that there is a place named Sun Club, located at 701 6th Street, NW, 2nd Floor, Washington DC (across from a MCI Center parking lot), telephone 202-408-9777. I've never been there, I took this info from the Sun Club's ad in the Washington Post sports section.
I have been at the Sun Spa at 1829 M Street on at least three occasions over the last two years, and have posted two favorable reports about this AMP here on WSG (good FS every time for the usual $60 door fee and $100 tip). The key piece of information needed here is that the Sun Spa is on the 3rd Floor of 1829 M Street, not the 2nd Floor, which is occupied by ICM Concepts, a non-AMP and an overpriced HJ-only place.
Finally, the Sun Spa at 1829 M Street may have recently changed its name, but the AMP service is apparently still the same. 1829 M Street is located a couple of blocks from the Farragut North Metro stop (Red line).

I'd like to reply to some of the feedback which was generated by the feedback which I provided to Karma.
First of all Karma, I would not lose too much sleep over it. You did it and it's over and the important thing is to live and learn and the key to living well is to have the correct attitude. You only develop that by making mistakes. It's somewhat unfortunate but nonetheless true that they don't teach "Mongering 101" in college or anything at the secondary school level. So it's up to us to educate ourselves as a community.
With respect to Sgt Sad's comments: Don't kid yourself. They do search your clothes if/when you go for a shower. You can bet your ass the mamasan or one of the working girls comes into the room and goes through your clothes to see what's in there. That's how they know, for instance if you are LE and wearing a wire. If you thought they determined this by your looks, you were wrong. If, for some strange reason, you were packing a gun, you can once again bet your ass they would call the cops. And we all know the penalty for packing heat in the District.
Now I agree that they are unlikely to call the cops if you stiff one of the girls at an AMP, but still I think this is a bad habit to get into. For instance if you get into this habit and stiff a SW down on the block, you won't just be refused service next time you show up. You'll be given a cranial massage at the very least. And at the worst, you may lose your life.
As to who's responsible for what, you just can't hold the girl responsible every time you can't come. A lot of things can cause that which are beyond the control of the provider or (certainly) the establishment. For example, certain drugs (medically prescribed or otherwise) can cause problems. Alchohol can cause problems, certain medical conditions such as diabetes, benign prostate hyperplasia, etc. I'm certainly not implying that in Karma's case it was anything other than lack of stimulation. But the point is that there are too many factors which are beyond the control of the provider to hold her responsible. Karma said himself that they went 15 minutes over the session. So that indicates at least some effort on the part of the provider to provide satisfaction. The efforts may have been ineffectual, but they were efforts nonetheless.
I once had an experience in a SPA in Augusta, GA where I was just unable to achieve success. The provider began to rush me and I told her that I did not find her technique stimulating enough. She kept trying different things and I told her that it might help if I could DATY. She said she could not because she was at that time of her cycle. But she went and got another provider who allowed that and I achieved success. At the end, the first provider asked if I was going to provide some small tip for the second provider. Even though I had not asked for the second, I think I gave her 20 bucks in order to try to be reasonable.
I agree with Sgt. Sad that these girls chose their profession but that does not make it any more enjoyable for them. I think we need to be reasonable and kind when we deal with these girls. Notice I did not say overly generous. Just be polite and considerate and treat the girls like humans and you will enjoy the experience much more.
