Be careful here, she should do something first to give you the impression she is capable of "extras". If she hasn't even touched you yet, she probably won't. I too subscribe to the notion of offering it to her outside the club instead of risking a $300 lapdance. Check your expectations though, you're guaranteed quiet time with a hot girl in a club if you want it. Searching for takeout can be long and lonesome. Also, don't expect to go by her place. Even if she lives alone, you're another stalker waiting to happen as far as she's concerned. I partake when I'm out of town so there's always a hotel room that we'll both be leaving soon. Also be aware that if she sees you outside, it will have to be after her shift. Unfortunately, that's way past bedtime for me if I've got a full schedule next day. Great if you set up something next day, but the alcohol and uforia have worn off from the night before (for both of you) and statistically it gets cancelled quite often. Finally, the cost varies a lot. Unless they are pros that happen to be dancing on the side, they will warrant more money. Yes many would consider the whole amout as a deal for both since they didn't pay the house their cut. But these girls typically have a lttle more esteem and think a little more of themselves. Good ones can make $300 in a couple of hours just walking around and dancing for guys. Based on that, she may have a pretty high opinion of her own va-JJ. At my regular watering hole. 3 up to 1k has been mentioned (mentioned I said, not payed). That said, I've had a few dreams that cost 0, breakfast, or the electric bill (yes really, a utility bill). Do not underestimate seeing how hot she is and developing a repore with her before spending a dime. This alone is safer than the BP crapshoot we have experienced. The clubs don't always ensure success, but I think they are a little more fun.

I'm not actually sure what the $300 actually covers. My guess is that at least $100 goes to the club leaving $200 for the girl. The person who told me about it mentioned that the camera goes off so I'm guessing some hand stimulation will probably occur at a minimum.

As you say in your post, some girls will charge more. They will ask for more based on how in demand they are and also based on what they think you can afford.

Magic City Mondays is what I'd call a "lap dance spot". Essentially it's a regular nightclub that rents out the space to a promoter 2 or 3 nights a week to have lap dance / stripper parties. It's not technically a strip club because I think the dancers have to stay at least partially clothed. What you can do is get a lot of contact with dancers for a relatively cheap amount of money. Dancer's either come up to you while you are seated or standing and you can get a "lap dance" for a song or two. The prices are generally up to the dancer. Some might want $10 a song, Some might just continue dancing as long as you are tipping.

It should be noted that this is an "urban" night club. The clientele is going to be mostly black or latino and generally under 30. Security is fairly tight and there is decent police presence in the area, but as is usually the case, liquor, money and late nights can lead to some interesting times.

I know the promoter fairly well and he is generally interested in providing a quality experience, but his business depends largely on his ability to attract

"Ballers" who come late at night with tons of cash to spend. The dancers know this and generally don't work as hard in hopes of catching a baller who will "make it rain" on them. This is not like Pure gold, where the dancers are incentivized to sell you drinks or upsell you on the booth dances. If you like a dancer, call her over and say you want a dance. If they come to you and you're not interested in a dance, let them know up front or they'll just start grinding away LOL.

There may be a VIP room, but its basically just a little more private area where the dancer can get nude in exchange for more tips.

I will say this the chances of take out or setting up some shows outside the club are exponentially higher than what you will get at like a Pure Gold or Capital Caberet. The same promoter also does an afterhour club in Raleigh (2am. 6am) Thur-Sat.

Overall, I'd say if you can tolerate the clientele, the music (bad hip hop) and the location, it's worth trying out once to get the full range of adult entertainment experience in this area.

I would say it's more about lap dances and VIP rooms than the regular event. You get a few people who just come by after the regular clubs close, but mostly it's about Dancers and there customers.

I went to check this out after I saw the flyer for it posted here. I'm not sure what I was really expecting but I would rate is as just okay. Some of the women who went on stage gave a good performance in terms of the various feats of dancing and booty shaking, but they stayed pretty much clothed. The dj kept mentioning a VIP room, so maybe they take off more there. All that said they did have a couple of drink specials and the girls walking around will grind of you if you want. The venue itself was also pretty nice with chairs lined along the wall as well as an area near the main bar that most of the dancers seemed to gravitate towards when they were off stage.

The real highlight of the night was the after hours spot. Security was tighter (I got a super aggressive pat down) and apparently there has never been a random male bravado / thug life type of incident there. The inside itself is also very well put together. There is a stand up pole and a main area for the women to dance (they shine a spotlight on stage which IMO adds to the dance) , chairs along a back wall, chairs near the dance area, VIP rooms and a larger room towards the back. In addition to dancing on stage the women walk around and offer to grind on you while you are standing or sitting. Unlike traditional strip clubs, there is no fee for a dance or pay by the song. I saw some of the dancers even grind on guys in hopes of getting something.

I asked one chick about the VIP room and she told me it is 20 to get in the room and 20 to the girl. When I inquired about taking her, she told me to save my money because she would only do the same stuff there that she was doing out front (grinding on me for the most part). If you do take a girl to the VIP and you are looking for more then I would suggest you inquire up front. Like in most places there are those who will do extras and those who won't. At the very least I believe most will dance naked. I'm obviously a monger so if I take a chick to a VIP room I am hoping for more than just a dance. However, the price is cheaper than at some other strip joints, when I took a peek at the rooms they were nice and they are probably a bit looser with the amount of time you have back there. My guess is that if you are a well put together guy you could probably arrange some extra services away from the club, especially once you get her in private.

The girls were all black, but they varied greatly in appearance although many had wonderful bubble butts. If you like black chicks or are more into features than skin color you will find something to like. I also got the impression that the place has more dancers on weekend nights. I went to the Men's Club's late night last weekend and by far prefer this one.

Some additional info. Security was pretty tight at both places so you will feel safe. The age ranges of customers seemed to go from 20s to a couple of guys who looked 50+. I saw a couple of white girls in the first place but at the after hours the only white people were a white couple who seemed to be having a ball. So if you are a white guy I would say by all means give it a shot, especially if you like black chicks with phat asses as there were plenty of those. In fact I saw one woman who I would describe as ridiculously gorgeous, obviously it's personal preference but something about her look really did it for me. Some women more than others seemed to be collecting a huge amount of singles, but none were overly aggressive or gave off the super greedy vibe. Like I said, more than once I saw chicks go to town on guys before getting any cash at all. With that said, many of the people in there were not shy about putting some cash in play. At the first place, I saw one guy shower two chicks who were dancing together with at least $40.

It was a good evening at CC Friday. Arrived around 10 to a mostly full lot, paid the $10 cover and headed in. The down stairs was full and after scouting out the situation I moved up stairs for a birds eye view of the main stage and a much less crowded situation. After a few drink I met a number of entertainers and received plenty of contact from lap and couch dances before heading into the VIP for a happy experience. Senior members can PM for details.

Clubs are never the most bang for the buck. But if you're looking to have a good time and want to lose yourself in the crowd then they can't be beat. CC gets top marks if you don't mind the girls being nearly all business.

I know that extras are available at every club that offers some decent privacy. ALWAYS. Its just a matter of sorting out the girl that will provide them. That task get easier the more time you spend mongering in clubs.

After years of driving past the place I finally went in a few nights ago. I tend to like going to strip clubs during the week because the girls usually fall into two categories: those having a good time despite the lack of money in the room and those who are pissed about the lack of customers and it shows. I've also had strip club regulars tell me that during the week can be a perfect time to build a bit of rapport with a dancer if that's your thing.

First off I was a bit taken aback by the price, I was charged $10 to go in on a weeknight (the men's club is 10 and diamond girls in Durham is 7). I'm not sure why but I was expecting it to only be $5 to get in the door. The next obvious thing was the lack of customers, granted I did get there a little before 11 and things picked up a bit as the night went on. I thought having the pool table is a nice touch, not sure how much / game and if you pay the girls to play with you. Although no dancers sat with me there were a couple of customers who a couple of the dancers sat with for extended periods of time. One dancer even sat next to a guy who seemed pretty light in the wallet department.

The good. Towards the end of the night a few of the dancers were sitting near the front of the stage cheering each other on which was a really cool thing to see. One chick even said,"if we can't make money we'll make jokes." I mention this because IMO young cute girls get you in the door, but girls who are pleasant to be around turn you into a regular customer. Performance wise I did not see a lot of pole acrobatics but out of maybe 8 dancers only one pretty much stood on the stage doing nothing. Although many were not my type, the dancers were pretty diverse so most guys will probably find at least one they think is cute. The "shot" girl was pretty friendly and even made sure to mention that if I saw a girl I liked she would make sure the girl came over. I did see one, but I tend to play it pretty calm in strip clubs so if a dancer I'm attracted to does not come to me (especially after I go through the effort of putting some cash on stage) nothings going to happen because I won't be chasing her down. They have drink specials. I'm not sure about liquor, but there is at least one beer for $3 each night of the week so bottled beer can be as cheap as a regular bar.

Now for the bad. The place allows smoking so it's best to leave your coat in the car and expect to leave smelling like an ashtray. I'm not a smoker and at one point my eyes felt like they were about to tear up. Speaking of the smoking, the dancers are allowed to smoke while on shift (I wonder if you can buy them a drink as well?) so if you want a private dance depending on how close things get you might have to deal with cigarette breath. Oddly enough there appeared to be smoke free seating, but given the size of the place it really made no difference. At other clubs there is usually an area near the stage where you can bring your singles up and pretty much have the girl grind on you. The foxy lady did not seem to have one. Although I did take some tip money up to the stage a couple of times, having a dancer give you that extra bit of attention is really the point to walking a tip to the stage isn't it? The beers I was ordering was supposed to cost $4. 25 but the waitress / bartender seemed to think we had some implied agreement that she could keep the extra. 75. The first time I did not count my change (I usually have a set amount to spend when I go to a strip club and when it's gone it's gone so I don't really track the cash to closely). The second time I counted after I tipped her $1, the same as for the first beer, and noticed she overcharged me. On the third beer she actually had the nerve to stand there awaiting another tip. I'm not sure if she thought I was some kind of sucker, figured I would not tip so she took it herself or if that happens as a rule.

I wouldn't really call it a bad thing, but I did not really get a ton of attention. The same thing tends to happen at the men's club but it probably has a lot to do with my demeanor and passiveness. I probably should have sat near the dressing room door so at least there would have been more foot traffic. Towards the end of the night a couple of the girls asked if I wanted a dance, but I wasn't really attracted to the ones who asked. My guess is that if I went more often I would get more attention. Something strange did happen, the one who I was actually attracted to seemed pretty pissed off at one point. She looked like she was about to cry and then said something to another dancer about a guy being so disrespectful. Funny thing was the guy she was bitching about seemed to be the same guy she couldn't wait to run up to once she had her street clothes on. I bring this up because there's nothing worse than blowing money on a stripper with a boyfriend who's at the club and as a man there's nothing worse than seeing a woman run towards a guy who treats her like shit. Granted I could have misinterpreted the situation.

There's a good chance I'll go back so that I can at least get a private dance to provide more of a complete report. Unless one of the dancers is just super cool to me next time or some friends want to go the next time will probably be my last time. IMO there are far better places to go in the area. Strip club wise Diamond Girls in Durham remains my favorite followed closely by the mens club. For anyone who likes lap dances / girls grinding on them Velvet Sky Lounge is the way to go.

I went back on the early morning of Sunday the 30th for the late night thing they do on weekends. The dancer who I bought some dances from the week before was there and she told me that she could not do table dances. She gave me the typical I haven't made much money line and I bought a couple of dances. When we got to the back she said it was 40 / song despite the signs. I seem to recall her saying the no table dances and price jump was because it was late night, honestly I was not paying much attention to what she was saying.

What I can say is that despite there being a decent amount of people there, they did not seem to be flocking to the private room in droves. Assuming the price jump is permanent I would imagine that it may impact things but will probably stand unless management gets blow back from the dancers. I'm not sure what the prices are at Capital Cabaret and Teasers, but this will make the price of a private dance at TMC considerably more than at Diamond Girls and the Foxy Lady unless those two places up their prices. I like the ambiance of TMC but a permanent price jump will definitely reduce my likely hood of buying private dances. The real shame is that clubs don't tend to charge customers a fee for use of a booth and then allow you to negotiate with the girl for the rest. Something like 20-30 to rent a booth for 10-15 minutes (roughly five songs) and then you negotiate with the dancer would probably result in more money being made all around.

I want to check out TMC but if they're going to go up over 30% then is the dancer going to take off 30% more clothes (umm already naked) , or she going to grope me 30%more? Premium level clubs will be undercut by cheaper clubs and the girls will head there for more volume in guys.

I seem to recall her saying the no table dances and price jump was because it was late night, honestly I was not paying much attention to what she was saying.

What I can say is that despite there being a decent amount of people there, they did not seem to be flocking to the private room in droves. Assuming the price jump is permanent I would imagine that it may impact things but will probably stand unless management gets blow back from the dancers. I'm not sure what the prices are at Capital Cabaret and Teasers, but this will make the price of a private dance at TMC considerably more than at Diamond Girls and the Foxy Lady unless those two places up their prices. I like the ambiance of TMC but a permanent price jump will definitely reduce my likely hood of buying private dances. The real shame is that clubs don't tend to charge customers a fee for use of a booth and then allow you to negotiate with the girl for the rest. Something like 20-30 to rent a booth for 10-15 minutes (roughly five songs) and then you negotiate with the dancer would probably result in more money being made all around.[/QUOTE]I found out some more info since my post. The price for private dances is now $40 and no table dances. They will continue the hourly 2 for $40. The late night dances after 2AM have been $40 with no table dances but that is now all the time policy. $40 is a lot for one dance hell $30 was pushing it in my book.

That's ridiculous, I wouldn't pay more than $30 for a private dance and usually won't even buy those since they're not usually any better than a $20 table dance, guess I won't be going there.

Buy one get one free the DJ states. Go to pay, and the guy said that will be 40. Hmmm I guess free = 10 here. Whatever, paid the 40. Like you have a choice in the matter right! Better than 40 for 1 at TMC. So I considered it a value and left before I had any more beers that would affect my decision making ability!

So, funny radio add for Capital Cabriolet. Talking about tax time etc. And they state that there private dances remain the same price and they are adding $10 tableside dances, while "others" are eliminating them. Nice strategy! And maybe, just maybe, one of these clowns that own these places might just read this and learn something. And if they did I might (and many others) just start going back to the clubs in Raleigh and spend some $.

When you see a girl that you might like to have a dance with whether she is on stage or on the floor, you have no idea if she can give you a 4 minute dance that's offers value or not. I'm not necessarily talking 'extras' here but simply an erotic dance as a 'valued' dance.

The only way you can tell if she is going to snuggle your lap with a sexy grind or dance 3 feet away flipping on her head like a silly clown (while she thinks this is some highly talented sensual trick that is worth every penny) is to give the gal a go. If she is worth the $ then you get a second or third dance. If she is an idiot, well at least you know and can move on to the next one.

In other words, the first dance is only a 'try out' and frankly most girls fail, especially the very pretty ones, they think that just the fact that you are in a semi private area for an exclusive look at their ass and bolt on tits, is worth $30. Its not.

Here are my thoughts on dance prices.

$10 dances- these are rare, I have only seen them in Fayetteville, Miami, and Canada (before the USD tanked). I will do these all day long. I will give almost every girl a dance at this $ and if she was any good we would keep going for a long while.

That was a very insightful post, but I don't think that management will change unless the women complain because guys are not taking them to the back room. I assume that most of the dancers make the majority of their money that way because I rarely see stages covered in singles. Last time I was at the men's club, the dancer I eventually bought a private dance from did not want to go on stage because in her words she hardly get's tipped up there. It was kind of funny seeing her running around like a chicken with her head cut off trying to convince guys to buy a vip dance from her.

I'm noticing a weird trend where businesses in America are raising prices simply because a competitor does it without considering if the new price provides more value for customers. As I mentioned before, I really hope that the other clubs don't up their prices.

I doubt $10 private dances will ever happen but I think $20 is about the price that it should be, especially since you can't really guess the length of the song. If I managed a club I would probably experiment with telling the girl that you owe the club x dollars per song and what you choose to make on top of that is up to you. From what I understand girls are currently required to hand over a certain amount of the price to the club and the club also determines the price. A variable price model would be especially helpful to girls who think about the long run.

I like the ambiance at the men's club and it is a nice place to go. That said, the only way I'll go to the VIP is at the times when they offer 2 for 1 dances.

I frequent CC pretty often, usually 2-3 times a month.

I like most of the girls there and the atmosphere is pretty good.

So I decided to go by CC last night around 10:30pm.

Walked up to the door and the "door guy" was standing there holding it open for me as usual.

I shook his hand as I walked in and asked him how he was doing.

He look at my pants and asked me if I was wearing sweatpants, saying my pants looked baggy.

I looked at him in disbelief, because I was wearing pleated khakis, with a collared shirt.

I asked him if he was serious and then he starts spouting off that it is his job to maintain the dress code for the club.

I lifted up my shirt and showed him my pants line and said they were definitely not sweatpants.

He then said I had better lose the attitude before I could go in, getting in my face doing so.

I then told him I didn't need this shit and walked out of the club, thus proceeding to go visit the MC.

I just couldn't believe the attitude of this guy, what a douche. Also the parking attendant was like "good job" or something like that as I walked out.

I don't know what this guy's problem was, but the management should really make some changes there.

What a shame.

Before TMC club raised the price to $40 TMC use to do the same thing on 2 for 1 dances. The DJ would say buy 1 dance get the second free and a bouquet cert. Then they would charge you 440 when you went to pay.

It might not help but maybe they will give you some free passes or something. You would think they would make people feel welcomed instead of pisses them off especially those that come in a few times a month. They SC's have gotten so relax on the way they USE to run. Gents have come in trying to wear relax clothing thus lowering the class of the club and the type of customers.

SC's back in the day almost required business attire. They attracted distinguished professional gentleman that were they to spend money, not lurk for hours wasting peoples time.

I've been there numerous times with no headaches. Of course I dress very nice (Usually a business suit) I always get respected and pass right through with no problems.

Remember, dress nice, act like you got some sense and spend money. It's a business, they are there to entertain you. Compensate for it.

We've had a few conversations lately about the increase in price at the Men's Club and I have not been back since late December and probably won't make a return trip unless I get dragged there by friends because there are other options. For weeknights I think the Foxy Lady and Diamond Girls offers more diversity and girls who will give better mileage, that is if you don't mind the smoke (Foxy Lady) and lack of silicon.

On weekend nights there was the place near Red Lobster. Apparently Flashbacks on Capital is now doing Magic City Mondays and offering an alternative to the Men's Club's weekend after hours. They are offering breakfast dishes and dancers. Since they serve food I don't know if it will be full nude or not. I'm not sure if this is a change in venue or if the other after hours place will still be operating. I know that one of the dancers told me that she went last Monday and it was pretty busy. With the weather I did not have a chance to check it out last weekend. I know flashbacks is a bar / club / restaurant but I don't really know much about the clientele. The guy who was talking about it to me seemed to be indicating that flashbacks was a nicer venue (to a degree it is because the other place is pretty much an empty office) and that perhaps the clientele would look more professional and less thugish, but who knows.

Does anyone have any more details? I've never had a bad time at the after hours near Red Lobster and constantly sing its praises, although it is a bit steep to come in the door. I'm mainly curious about if this is a venue change or not. I'm guessing that if it is not then they'll be splitting the usual girls or the girls will flock to the one that get's the rep for guys who spend more.
