I had a strange experience on stg the other day. Most of you reading this will be familiar with the fake ads on stg. They are the ones with the implausibly gorgeous girls, studio quality photos, unfamiliar area codes and prefixes, absurd titles, accepting credit cards, and badly translated prose from their original Slovakian, Russian, Mandarin, Georgian, etc. (BTW, almost all provider's ads are flawed, but it's the aggregation of multiple flaws that makes the fakes so obvious). If you've spent any time on stg you can probably pick these ads out in your sleep.
Well, I was perusing local talent like Kate and Nina (indeed, Nina will be the subject of my next review) when something strange happens. I click back to the main Daytona page and all of the fakes are gone, but only the fakes. All the real girls we know and love (or want to know and love) are still there.
Well, the fakes are not gone precisely, but I had to scroll through about 30 real ads to find the fakes again. But on the previous click those fake ads were probably 8 of the first 10.
Now, I have two explanations for this, but I wonder if you have any others.
The first one is that the folks at stg (or their AI) know perfectly well which ads are fake. How else could they be moved or removed as a block without disturbing the real ads? But this would implicate them in the treachery, because there were plenty of fakes still there, just further down the list. On balance I don't favor this explanation, but I had to consider it.
My second explanation is that the bot the scammer trolls use to push their fake ads publishes at intervals greater than stg updates. Say for example the trolls push their fakes once every 24 hours but stg updates every 6 hours. That way, many of the legitimate providers ads could have posted without the fakes, pushing the fakes further down the list. And maybe one of these updates just happened to occur when I was clicking through stg ads.
This explanation seems satisfying enough, except that there were multiple occurrences of a legitimate provider's ad before the first fake.
In all, I feel the second explanation is closer to the truth, but I'm not completely satisfied with it either.
So what do you think? Have you seen similar behavior on stg? Have you noticed a different aberration than I've described? Do you have an alternative explanation for what I experienced?
Anyway, I think we can all agree that this fake ad problem blows. And to my more 'trusting' brothers, before texting or calling that gougeous lass with the studio quality photos, please do your homework first. Click that TinEye link (the one that says "Is this photo real". Search for reviews and ad history. And if you come up empty, come back here and ask the forum if she's legit.

Kidding aside, I do occasionally enjoy counting the red flags in these adds, kinda like a twisted version of scammer bingo. The samples I'd provided (which they've already taken down) were in the 6-8 red flag range. Once I counted 13 in a single add. It featured a black girl who was apparently a Caucasian woman with long blond hair. The names in the title and the narrative didn't even match. Makes you wonder if they ever read their own drivel.
