Uncle leo had 3 good samaritans hemmed up on e16th and thatcher last night and they were in a late 90's Toyota Corolla with a blueberry on the dash. Avoid this area if you can.

They also have spotters to keep an eye out for people in the neighborhood who don't belong. The last thing you want is a bunch of drunk biker gang guys thinking you are on the wrong side.

Now this brings us to the Northwest side of the Blvd. The area between Vandever and 26th is part of this "renaissance" movement. Basically they tore down a bunch of crappy houses and used your tax money to provide new house to make back into crappy houses. Regardless, avoid it like the plague. They are big into the neighborhood watch as well as have a Rent A Dick driving around. Anyway, yeah this area is much drier than it use to be. In the old days, you could score regularly in the projects. Now you still see some on NE Blvd itself as well as Vandevere <sp area. But way way down Comparedto old days.

I took Maryland Ave leaving the Riverfront Saturday night about 9:30. Surprising amount of action. Leggy blonde in short cutoffs and a tied up tee shirt showing off her tramp stamp by Jonnies. Had her hair up and looked good. If I wasn't with the SO I would have reconnoitered a bit deeper.

A little further up near the top of the hill was a this WOC licking an ice cream cone very suggestively and discretely waving. Looked cute in a sun dress. This one I would have carded first. A double with the blonde would have been interesting, but I don't think the SO would have understood.

Then down by the park a more standard mid 30's white girl in jeans.

The first two were a little too good to be true, but both were walking, not hanging in one place. Still.

I went by a few times, but wasn't able to get any attention (due to out-of-state plates, maybe?). There were a few ethnic girls out, both surrounded by several guys, and an old SW who was sitting at the bus stop for a while. As a Baltimoron, I'm used to a phalanx of LEO being out; you Delaware guys have it pretty good- I don't think I saw one cop in my 20 minutes of browsing.

I travel rt 13 & 40. What am I missing? Where is this action you guys are talking about? Where is the Wilmington leisurely walkway?

True statement in fact arrest reports is how I find loops. I didn't post it because it's pretty long turn by turn directions, not maps. If why all want it here ill post it. I don't worry about LEO they probably already know my I'd. I'll let seniors like you and cooky decide if I should post that here.
