Human evolution has been a sincere interest of mine ever since my days as an undergraduate and taking a few courses in anthropology. (As a side note the theories then about evolution and now are VERY different; this is a rapidly "evolving" and changing field of study and I can go on about this for hours on end but I will spare you the extended discussion.)

One thing that is fairly well scientifically documented is that the ancestor to both humans and chimps was the same about 7 million years ago. We share with chimps 97% of our DNA structure (that other 3% is clearly awfully damn important!) and the chimp is our closest living primate relative. Much of what we do as humans can be explained by the fact that those predisposed to act in a certain way caused them to survive and pass their genes along to subsequent generations. What happens on the Ave is surely survival and it is not surprising that we should find parallel behavior going on in the wild by chimps.

I just happened to be at the "little house" yesterday and noticed there was an extra guy there with the owner, which was something new. He didn't look very threatening but maybe was there for extra protection? I am sure there are certain types who know that he has a cash business and would be an easy mark and unlikely to go to LE. Maybe venturing upstairs would be considered more risky for a robber? ; I don't know. But, as you said, I am always super aware of what is going on there and I always take some time and cruise around the block first and make certain there is no surveillance or other potential problems.

Having just acknowledged the importance of bad reviews, I must again state how much I hate giving them. I give negative reviews with a heavy heart and take no joy in doing so. Sometimes just stating that,” Your Mileage May Vary,” just isn’t enough. Likewise; proclaiming that, “I won’t be interested in a second date,” doesn’t say enough. On those occasions when a date is truly awful, a full explanation is what is needed.

The view I take is a calming one. Sometimes you get the bear and sometimes the bear gets you. Or as the French so aptly put it, “Afin va donc le vieux dire,” or “ce qui sera sera.” I am not trying to get my blood pressure up over some Kensington Avenue Streetwalker.

This is my review of Nicole: YMMV.

After the usual preliminaries and the negotiation of a spoken contract, to her credit, Nicole informed me that she was about 30 days pregnant. During the before mentioned preliminaries I had asked Nicole If I could touch her breast, she gave me permission and (again to her credit) informed me that she had implants. As we drove, I completed the discussion of our contract. I told Nicole that I would be writing a review to go along with her pictures and that this review would be honest and fair to her. I stated that the only time I gave a negative review was when the girl was truly bad, gave really bad service, such as rushing or did something really wrong like, stealing - for example. (Nicole did not steal – that’s two out of three.) Also as part of our spoken agreement I promised to show her in the best possible light. My word is my bond; I will keep to the conditions I set.

Mid-way on the ride to the Carlyle Nicole stated that she should get an extra $10, “Because it is a long ride.” (During the negotiation phase, I had asked her if she’d ever been to the Carlyle and she had said, “Yes.”) I said, “Maybe.” I pointed out that I had no idea if she had a nice body or not and that a lot depended on what happened once we got to the hotel. She laughed and agreed, it was then that she told me about the pregnancy.

At the hotel and after the pictures, we re-negotiate the contract to include a BJ (no FS was offered). I included the clause that one stop and one spot only was all that I offered. I stopped at a Micky D’s, she paid. Once back on the Avenue she asked me to drive faster, stating that she needed to meet her boyfriend before he left her.

Asking for more than she deserved, worse BJ I’ve ever had, no FS, and rushing everything including the ride back - let me think - yes; this was a bad date. Nicole deserves this bad review. However; I am not going to go so far as to suggest that no one should ever date her again in life. Maybe she treats her regulars different. Maybe she was just have a bad day, (I doubt it).Maybe there are some others who would appreciate her BBBJ, and just want a quick car date. But, there is no way in life that I’d ever stop for her again. YMMV

Thanks for your review of Nicole. I agree with you that it gives me no pleasure to write a negative review, and YMMV always applies, but this forum is not just about publishing great experiences. Those who experiment, dip into the K pool often, and contribute here, will have their share of both the good, the bad and the so-so. Fortunately for us, the Ave seems to have far more good experiences than bad.

PS: If Nicole is pregnant only 30 days she is going to have a monster baby. Looks more like 3 months to me. (A SW lie? Say it isn't so! )

I believe the other guy is his uncle who seems to be staying there off
and on recently. I was there one day and the upstairs rooms were both
full so my date and I waited downstairs shooting the bull with them for

Media is a tough area to find a clean, cheap hotel because you are close to the airport, which upwardly influences the prices of all hotels in the area. But you might try The Raven Motel on 427 E. State Street in Media. The regular rate is $50, but you can probably get away with no extra fees for taxes, etc., for a short stay and you may be able to negotiate a lower day rate (I just know the rate they say they charge; I have never stayed there and I have never tried to negotiate a day rate or a few hours rate with them). Some small motels will knock a few bucks off if you are paying cash and vacating the room by 5 or 6 pm, depending upon how full they are. It is found (probably unreported and tax free ) money to them and they can re-rent the room.

A better deal is to drive to the Carlyle, depending on the time you want to spend. You can rent a room there for an hour for 20, 2 hours for 30 or 12 hours for 55, no fees, no tax. Better still are the Lincoln and Neshaminy Hotels on Route One in Bensalem: nicer than the Carlyle and a $34 day rate from early morning until 4 pm, fees and tax included.

Davey65 mentioned this phrase recently regarding a date he had with Janine in which she mentioned "cum piggy" as a phrase she felt degraded her. It touched off a firestorm of debate on dirty talking vs. degradation, which more properly belonged in this General Reports thread, so I have moved my final 2 cents on the issue here as to not get off point in the Streetwalker Report thread. Davey confided to me privately that he almost (laughingly) lost control and spit his coffee all over the dashboard when Janine mentioned the "cum piggy" incident. His recent posting about this also reflects this reaction:

I never did twins, identical or not, but I did have the rare privilege of doing red headed identical triplets who liked to do everything together! I was at the tender age of 16 and they were 15.
