In response to my own inquiry, a little digging and some side visits revealed that the Wolf Trap Inn in Vienna is not a bad place for a discreet rendevouz. Reasonably priced and hassle free.

With respect to the non-pro hook up, my ad on Craigslist got a couple responses. I pursued one (SierraMist). Total nightmare. She probably was more a pro than not, just one that doesn't advertise.
