Washington Park isn't the safest of places but I still feel safe enough to continue going to the clubs.

Needless to say I was shaken up. After it happened I went into the club to call police etc. The bouncer barely.

Flinched and said "oh great another one. 8th one tonight around here. " Cop showed up and confirmed same thing. Mind you this was while back so perhaps it's a bit better now but I'm not going to find out. Turns out I was very lucky and my car was recovered by cops a day later outside a crack house and not even damaged. But a horrible experience.

It is possible to work because you are paying your way through school, need to support a child, or whatever.
