But I also have migraines for which I have preventative and "resuce" medications. So about two or three hours after taking V I may get a headache similar to a migraine. The first thing I now do after finishing getting off is take two tylenol and two alleve (naproxen) as a prophylactic (pun intended), and one pill of my prescribed rescue med if I am actually getting a headache (I cannot remember what it is called). While you may not need the rescue prescription, the tylenol and naproxen work well for me to prevent the viagra headache from even starting.

Cialis was much worse for headaches and I used it once.

If you can get it up without issues but just want to last longer, that is what Levitra is for, it works like a stop valve for the outgoing blood flow, so helps you maintain.
