Some of them may have UTRs tucked away, but from their expressed frustration on here I think that's more the exception than the rule. Two thoughts:
1) If you're just looking for an escort, a Skip the Games search with the keywords "Prussia" or "airport" will yield real results, after the requisite wading through bullshit and scammers. There's always Asian women at the casino, for example, and a fair number of legit travelers in KoP. Same goes for "Plymouth" but that's further for me.
2) I think some of the guys out here have gone the sugar baby route, either to find a GFE regular or even PPM more transactional experiences. If it's helpful, back in Feb / March I posted extensively about my time on Seeking Arrangements. It works, but it takes effort. There's a different kind of scammer on there and the PPM tends to be more expensive. There's everything on there from straight up escorts to real UTR civilians looking for some extra money. The "sugar baby" thread below the regular threads helps weed out the bullshit. IME you also have a better shot of finding someone who isn't a junkie which has become a red line for me if I'm looking for more than a quick fuck. That said, there's junkies on there too.

My posting history speaks for itself.
I went the SB route back in Feb / Mar, found someone I was compatible with (afaik an actual civilian with zero drug issues) and I've stuck with her. It's been great. I occasionally go to an AMP in Philly and have posted those experiences, including in the past few weeks. I've also posted about a HE AMP here in the 'burbs near me that I've been to a few times.

One, you're all over the map (literally) and most of your posts are "any info on this one." so it appears you are very much part of the problem you are complaining about. When this forum works it works b / c people share actionable info not just be parasites.
