It's just something some legal eagle drew up once that has been passed on between providers everywhere. It's just a way of protecting the provider, should you or I be a cop or otherwise wish to entrap her, that may or may not actually hold up in court.
So I basically ignore it in terms of impact on selection of a provider.
If anyone else thinks/knows differently, post away.

I had read in a story in the Freep about the busts down at the airport last year and they had talked about that. LE was just laughing about it saying it held no legal weight. I'm not aware of it helping a SP if anyone knows that it did post it please. Im kinda curious.

Well, if you're a provider, I think you would need more than that ... your actions during the phone call and the actual interaction would also have to not involve a stated exchange of services for $. In my best interactions with providers, especially when I've used someone recommended from these boards, I haven't ever had to talk money or services. She came, we did stuff, and I wordlessly handed her an envelope, Of course, there were subtleties, non-verbal body language and more that made it obvious to both of us what was wanted and delivered.
Like I said, that only happens in the best of circumstances, but it's great when it does and you're just totally on the same wavelength.

Find out what the rates are, generally if they're too good to be true then it probably isn't real. I seen quite a few of those street attorney disclaimers so I wouldn't guess it was a LEO but you never know.

My question; Why all the postings in CL for a SOUTHFIELD location? Are these hotel incalls? Are they stings? Some of the ads seem too good to be true. And they all seem to advertise 125 HH & 175 FH Any input would be appreciated before setting something up.

There are a lot of hotels in Southfield some chains and a lot of independent hotels "cheap".
A lot of escorts use them as incall locations.

Southfield LEO presence
I was visiting a friend at the Red Roof in Southfield and as I was parking LEO drove by. Didn't think much of it but as I was leaving he pulled me over and began questioning. When I was able to show that it was a non-commercial meeting he let me go, but it seems they are trying to crack down on the working girls, especially at the RR and Marvin Gardens next door. Apparently they are trying to nab the guys leaving and would probably try to get them turn in the lady they had just visited.
