Top Notch was a kewl deal back in the day when Angie quoted a fixed price and you knew what you would get. Angie was excellent at the time. My last experience there many months ago was less than stellar, albeit it was not with Angie. I was quoted an outrageous price for 30 minutes and negotiated back down to the usual amount. I was told by that girl that she was supposed to ask for the amount she did. Another problem was you never knew if someone was going to be there or not.

Anyway to make a long story short I had to take them off the AVL.
