I have to say I like it too Maybe a cap or something that could be seen while driving?
I have to say I like it too Maybe a cap or something that could be seen while driving?
This is a nice idea, however, a T shirt or a cap (more visible from car) would also be a red flag for LE.
Nothing like broadcasting to them what our intentions are.

Nothing like broadcasting to them what our intentions are.
Unfortunately there really isn't anyway to advertise to random passing girls that you're willing to pay them for their company without also broadcasting your intentions to Uncle Leo (assuming they're actually paying attention, and know what you're doing).
Damn, that was a long sentence.
Although I did read somewhere that someone was creating a device that would send text messages to any cell phone in a preset radius. The concept was for a form of advertising. I believe it was in Japan or South Korea. I'm sure such a device would violate all kinds of FCC regulations. But I suppose Uncle Leo has a cell phone too.
Stay safe, and happy hunting.

Wearing such a logo could be perceived as offering to pay for sex, which could make it entrapment if Uncle Leo used it to make arrests. Perhaps someone with more legal education than myself could clarify any possibly erroneous assumptions I have made.

Stay safe, and happy hunting.
Wearing the T shirt or hat would not constitute entrapment. People often wear T shirts or hats that have sayings on them unrelated to actual practice of wearer. Just because one is wearing the shirt saying P4P does not legally constitute an offer to pay for services.
While you could establish a policy of mongers wearing the shirts or hats to identify themselves to the girls, there is nothing to prevent LE from also wearing the shirts or hats and the girls take the same risk they do approaching anyone on the streets.
There are certainly steps that must be followed (or not taken) to avoid entrapment, although the laws usually sides more with LE when interpreting the steps.

Or try to get new ones, true le woud catch on to this, but like the fellow hobbier had said / there is an easy way to avoid getting busted by goin about it smart with a touch, not talking about a money transaction, or sexual favor etc. Anyhow visited os the other day see my post there.

Thanks,

YF023
Gesualdi's on Hartford Ave. Or Angelo's. But really, if you stick with italian / pizza / subs Providence you'll hit more than Boston.
If you want to splurge, there's Hemenway (the best seafood rest. In the city) , Al Forno or Bacaro for Italian, Pastiche for desert.
You'll be fine if you stick to Federal Hill.

I usually stop by the Haven Bros. Roach coach on Dorral (sp?) by the steps of the courthouse for a burger and fries. Way overpriced, but the cost of food is moot after spending $$ to relieve stress.
You will like Angelo's.
