I think cookiejar in Philly/NJ hires in models to let him take pics. I drove all over philly for 3 days and saw nothing even close to what he has pics of. I was so frustrated. I'm gonna be in Cincinnati again next week. I sure would love to get digits for Red.
I don't know if he is hiring models, because they sure don't look to be much in the way of model quality. Most of his girls look like they are from the streets, and that is the drug streets.
I think CookJar is ligit, and he manages to get a share of the girls above and beyond what most of us do. Especially myself. But you have been in Philly, and you would have a better idea of the SW situation, than I would. Hell I pay for models or SW's as models for my pics, and then before or afterwards I then BANG EM. That is how it is suppose to go.

If you are coming here, most of the decent SW's are in jail, due to the recent Black Baptist Convention, which just ebded. They finally even arrested the fags. Very, very few of them were seen on the streets. Plus there are Cops positioned everywhere in dark corners just sitting and watching, all over downtown. That is due in part to the convention, and the recent shootings, especially of the innocent by-standers.
So to make a long story short. I have not seen any of the so[called "REDS" and I think they all may be in jail or being held for 72-hours, then booked and released.
I have not seen the street this clear, since the Sheriffs Boyz, took over OTR/WE. But you can still find SW's out, you just have to look a lot harder, be a lot quicker and smarter, and change some regular tactics.
And our Craigslist is full of Scammers.

Think again...
I picked up two of Cookys subjects back in the spring when I was in Philadelphia for the month, including the famous Brittney of Philly. For an out of towner, Philly can be kind of intimidating, and it was to me at first. Once you get used to it and know where to go, it is a SW paradise. I hit the Kensington District and had a great time while was there. SWs much more accommodating than here in Ohio. Made several reports there back in the spring.
Also keep in mind - he lives there and he knows where to go and pick up these girls. There are many areas over there.
I think I recognize the one on Elm. Speaking of Elm, cruising this past week, Elm was blocked off with TV crew and all. Here are a few pix I snapped of the road block. I have seen the guy in cuffs, keeps plenty of SWs happy in his own way. The streets were otherwise empty except for on walker on McM, who, considering the heat just a block away, I elected not to make her acquaintance...

If it were not for the fact that most of us need electricity for just our everyday lives. I'd say "More Rolling Blackouts. " Even though the streets looked empty especially at night, they were not, and the part-timers came out like crazy. They had to make some quick money to replace and the food lost, and to feed the kids/family (if no kids).
Gue to the situation, I was more generous than usual, so I tipped 10 instead of 5, and paid 25, instead of 20. Well, I wasn't that generous. You Think? Anyway, I found them all over the place, especailly at the convenience stores, that were open. I even gave several rides to relative home that had power on.
I found this one, earlier today, and she was a little freaky thing. How did everyone make out during the pass week "Black Out". I hooked up with Red right before the Black Out and couldn't get on the net for 5 days till my electric was back on. So I decided to wait till tonight to give a report for you all.

Before I go, just wanted to say a few things about the current scene in OTR and in general.
Boombastic, nice going on your treasure hunt during the "Black Out". I knew there would be a surge of SWs out about during this time. Cops are busy taking care of other emergencies. And good pictures also. Damn, that girl has some nice tits and and an ass to grab and Fu*k.
Guys, watch out for LE as usual. About 2 weeks ago a SW I know was telling me she got set up by an undercover pretending to be a crack smoker. The guy had a crack pipe with him and flashing it to her like he's into the whole scene so as to make her feel he wasn't LE. He drove her to Price Hill area (she didn't say if LPH or ULH) where she got arrested. Point is LE will play any game to catch the girls out there and will also do the same to us mongers. Be more cautious than usual in OTR. It has been pretty dry of SWs the last few weeks.
Lately the girls are moving away from OTR into other neighborhoods. Most tell me that they try to stay away from OTR for obvious reasons.
Simon is still keeping his jail full. I've noticed now that a regular SW that has been arrested before are now just back in for other stuff besides soliciting like drug possession, Illegal drug paraphernalia, theft, intoxication, criminal trespass, and GET THIS, one girl was charged with Spitting in the streets. LE will use anything to charge the girls to get then in a nice warm jail. The point here is that all the girls are targeted heavily and LE will stop them on the street if they want to find something to arrest them to keep the jail full.
One last thing, this is for Boombastic about the fag situation in OTR. A black dude was arrested for soliciting but he wasn't dress as a TS. The dude has a goatee and was wearing regular street clothes as a guy. Is this a "Down Low" scene going on?

G-NATI and HARPO .... nice pictures. Both are REDs and look nothing like each other but practice the same ART. So, that makes now (7) REDS working the OTR/WE area. Hard to know who is who, unless you already know, and have been with them.
Here are the REDS as noted here, as I have seen. I know 2BSW, 1WSW, and 2MxSW(Mixed=BiRacial) REDs. Now add the two below and we have #7 SW's name RED.
G-Nati's Red does look like my Red, but his has thicker thighs. But they both seem to have Stripped before. Harpos Red, if flexible like I like them too, and my Red is too ... but I HATE the dirty feet thing.
For what ever reason and this is just for me, dirty feet are a turn-off to me. Flexible Pussy will turn it back on, but I have had give a few girls a bottle of water and napkins, to clean off those fithy feet. YEAH, YEAH about the dirty feet. Didn't know there were foot fetish mongers on the board but that okay. My Red is clean girl except she wears sandals and goes barefoot most of the time. Other than that she is clean and smells great in person.
I over look it because she is very accommodating and easy going and never haggles about anything. She never rushes and her menu is just about anything. I have no complains against her and compared to other SWs out there she's a ten in attitude. So I put up with some dirty feet.
