Moon Doggies on Arville and Desert Inn. I haven't been there so I can't speak to the cougar ratio, but that's the place. Not in a great area, is it? Though Herbs and Rye is just down the street and a cool little bar, no trouble there. Though not much of a place for picking up chicks. It's loud and more of a place to BYOG.
