The reviews are for 3 places only because well there are only 3 Chinese apartments, RL, PAC and hkpd. I guess 4 if you want to count BHC as one since they basically operate as an apartment. I have stated this before. Competition among those 3-4 apartments are good for us mongers. We should be thankful that PAC is making an effort to stand out from the competition.
