If it's that two story building with Korean businesses, I'm curious if it'd be a K massage spot. The buildings in the area with the Korean businesses are owned by those in the Korean community as far as I know. Won't go too much into detail how I know other than I had an opportunity to take over a business in the area in the past.

One lady, late 40's, on the heavy side, nothing that enticed me to stay. Rate is 40 hh /60 hr.

Also scoped out the new place on Hall across from ranch market. Location is a little hard to find, backside of a building with some sort of Christian ministry. Maybe because of that they seemed desperate for business: 50/70 but offered "first time" $10 discount. Three ladies, all late 30's to 50 ish, very flirty and friendly. I didn't have time but might be worth a return.

Place just opened recently, business cards not coming in until a few days. . 6 for hr for those wondering. Girl I met was probably at least mid 30's, a bit plump / stocky for my preferences, and was lounging on a sofa in the lobby next to the door. I mention I'm fluent in Japanese and said a few words during the conversation but she didn't understand (second warning sign). Other girl comes over and speaks from the hallway, both girls spoke to each other in Chinese through the door. On flip ask what I want, go through what's available, and I go with standard finish. She speeds through (not the worst, but one of the worst) and after cleaning up, she asks if we're done and I just end the session there because I didn't want to be there any longer than necessary. $ in total, menu was more than what it should have been. I should have walked away when I saw the iron gate. Place has gone even more downhill imo and it goes on my "abandon" list so I won't go back.
