If they did, security would escort them out or ban them. The ones I've seen are usually walking through the casinos or up and down Fremont street looking for guys. Pretty easy to spot. Attractive female walking alone. Easier to spot after midnight once the crowds decrease. I'd say the nicest looking CGs will be in or around the Golden Nugget. The D has that long bar. The girl will usually start off with a high number. You'll find better deals around 2 am or 3 am because that's when the CGs are getting ready to end their night and go home, so they will be more lenient to give you a better price, but by that time they'll have seen several guys that night and their energy level won't be as high.
