I've also been around a significant number of years and have never known "GFE" to include an expectation of BBFS. Optimistically would include DFK and BBBJ and maybe DATY, with an unrushed experience for the full time agreed to.

I just moved here from NY but I've been around a long time and GFE has always meant, usually, BBBJ and a better attitude. Def not BBFS in the term.
