Heard some story guys walk into the bar snatch change money from the bar counter and pick up unattended handbag before. But using physical force is something we need to be aware of. Anyway the Makaloa / Sheridan area is turning into ghetto at night. Walking out of Ashley one night. Saw a heavy set woman peeping into my car which was parked across from the bar. As soon as I approached her. She walked away fast.

It's been sitting empty all this time not bringing customer money in. Checked out Join Us in Pearl City. Not bad. They have a few girls mid-late 30's. Not all grannies that I came to expect West of Kalihi. Jin Mama took over 2/1 and is planning to bring more girls. I expect some of the Keeaumoku KBGs to migrate there if the customers do. Marie from Twilight already has. Jin is a cutie herself. Probably the youngest Mama I've ever seen. Wouldn't mind playing with her, too, if she does. Anybody know?

What I don't see is if they're in a pickle like that, you'd think they'd be grabbing for every wallet they can. A few drinks here and there will add up to hundreds versus a goose egg from sitting on their ass.
I used to regularly date a Japanese SW who said she was going home one night after getting no customers when a guy who looked like a broke-ass solicited her. She was going to reject him but tried him anyway and was glad. He paid her almost 7 times the agreed-upon rate.

Maybe like JR says, money is an issue and that was for smaller places; this one is huge. They read our complaints and maybe realize drinks and bottles won't sell the way they did like when Chill was Butterfly and SnS was D' Amour, fully staffed with awesome AMP-grade talent.

KBG (at least the majority) are like roaches when they smell some sucker who is loaded and ready to be taken to the cleaners, bullshitting that he is the "only one" and "boyfriend" in front of the mama. I've seen that happen, when she asked what I do for a living and she seen me pull up in a hot sports car.
Gold diggers for sure, have a few drinks and split for the AMPs. Why waste time and money with KBG with all that bullshit once you leave, she'll do the same to another guy until his wallet is empty, then move on to the next sucker.

Only bad thing is rotten Pau Hana traffic during the week. Food is decent. Good location if you're coming from West side or Central golf courses.
Most bars are fully staffed now since town bars are shrinking. 25 or more girls are unemployed looking for open position at various location.
However, unlike from the past. We have quantity but not quality. Most young KBGs in town are high nose. Unless you have bus load of money. They would rather playing with their phone than approach you.
Most of these young princesses are hitched up with one of more sugar daddy or rich BFs. I know 3 of ladies that I am currently banging. Looking for pleasure on the side cause their old man can't put up.

There is a really tall fence surrounding the property from Evergreen to Talent / SNS. The owners started it on Monday and finished it yesterday. Kind of reminds me of the fence surrounding OCCC. Maybe the miscreants will move in because it'll remind them of home.

I never thought I'd see the day when EG would be fenced-in; next trippy thing will be to see the building cleared away.
What are they going to do with that segment of Makaloa Street? Will it be eliminated like they did with the similar segment of Rycroft Street, when the Superblock was created?
Livelier than (now- and future-devastated) Kapiolani area KBs; seeing KBGs and customers from Camelot, Evergreen, S&S, etc. Waterfall-the place is going downhill: terrible KBG selections (ugly, fat, old, KBG politics), past facelifts and enhancements needing rejuvenation, no pupus, poor service; Green Tee-under new mgmt. But same old thing. 5-0-busy place but just full of really old KBGs and customers; young is 50's; good pupus.
As KB business evolves around the Kapiolani development and rising consumer prices, transitions will eventually stabilize and a period of adjustment / acclimation will occur that will be good for we consumers; the KBGs' panties are getting tighter as there is more competition for less money. Going get interesting so no spend all your money yet and soon.
