Regulations for therapeutic massage places prevents them from having a table shower. So ANY place that has a massage license and want to appear legit, CANNOT have a table shower. Relaxation places do not have these restrictions, but are probably running a higher risk of been busted for illegal activities, since they are NOT allowed doing massages.
