After just reading the article on House Bill 748, I believe that most AMP's will be back after this bill is passed. One of the biggest threats the Prosecutors office is using, is the threat to sieze property of landlords, which is forcing the owners to force out the AMP's. If the bill is passed, asset forfeitures will be a lot harder for the local government.

I've met some of the most gorgeous Asian women to grace our island. Women like Chanel 7, the Julie, Dallas, Camm, Luxx, Wara, Nani, viet Vivian, Nara, Sugar, Pink, and the list goes on and on. The bill is on the Govoner's desk, so it only effects state laws. I did also say that it would be "A LOT HARDER" for local government to seize property from owners, NOT eliminate forfeitures all together.
"Human Trafficking" and Racketeering" is a Federal offense and "Prostitution" is a State / Local offense. Federal prosecutors would have to enforce the asset forfeitures, I don't think the State Prosecutors Office can enforce a Federal law, I don't know I could be wrong.
The point I was trying to make is that, I personally believe that the AMP's will survive The "stepped up LEO activity" that is being referenced in the discussion. Which is (I believe) coming from the Local Prosecutors Office and not Federal LE.

Some brave girls really did and got money back. Just giving when and where those bills were seized and give her picture ID.

She should have gotten a good lawyer to reduce her sentencing. That was a few years ago, so I think she might be getting out soon.
