Only keeping the highest rated girls will drive up the cost accordingly. There has to be some sort of balance. Not everyone wants to pay $$$$ for their entertainment options.

I saw several cg ladies walking around Resorts World the entire weekend.

Also, maybe since it was the first week / weekend the security was laxed do to the opening but man I saw many cute ones walking around.
