It sure seems to me that there is a problem at EE. Providers availability is becoming an issue with 1,2 or 3 days a week at best and long periods of total absence in between. It is my opinion that these providers (Cat and Galina) in particular want to remain low volume, that is their choice and that is ok. That being the case, why stay with an agency? Today you have Jennaevcia, Lindsee and Juliette. No ads for Gabriella is days, Cat off, Galina off, Clara off, May is gone, or so it appears, Andee is gone, Taylor is gone, in fact I have lost track. Why is it we have excellent providers who are independent who stay with us for years and EE can't keep top providers but for a couple of months. Reliability means nothing if you can't have a wider selection of providers to choose from. I understand full well not everybody will be available all the time, but I also understand that agencies are not the way to go. Independent providers give us many more options and greater reliability and they have greater flexibility with their scheduling.

Cat has always worked just a few days a week. EE also gets girls like Andee who work in between school, I believe she goes to school up north. Other girls like Melea are generally worthless, YMMV.

Several of the ladies have been with me for longer than a year or even longer like Melea (say what you want but was the hottest at one time) . Cat. May (until recently) . Jennavecia. Imagine what it is like to work with multiple women.

On a daily business!! Taylor was around for awhile and Andee came back and then apparently changed her mind. Gabrielle doesn't want do this full time and has a another job now. Juliette, Cat, Galina, Clara all have other jobs or school and only want to do this when they want to do it. I do not force anyone to do this or work certain days.

As far as the discussion regarding EE, in my experience, the younger providers (age 18 to 24 or so) don't typically stay in the hobby for long, whether or not they're with an agency. If they come back, it may just be for brief periods for whatever reason. When you're a young cute female, you usually have options.
