And I also don't tip with independents. Also, I've experienced over the years if you stay consistent with one particular provider at an AMP, it's possible to get that topless with HJ for $40. But remember, it takes consistency and basically a lot of trips to that establishment and sticking with the same girl.

Stopped by the new EOS Spa, I know there was another spa there before, pretty sure these are different girls though. Anyway, I can't recommend it, pricing is crazy high for what you get.
